“It's totally fraud don't choose this property. I have vacated this property recently and cleared all rent and electricity dues on time.while vacating the property I have raised the request aswell and intimated to the property manager that iam going to vacate.now I have not received the deposit amount 16000as they promised it will get refunded 1 month after vacating .inspite of that they are sending me legal notice to pay lockedin and notice period charges 28900 .this is not the correct way .iam trying to reach the property and area manager they were not responding to the calls. It's a fake and fraud better don't choose this property .”

“This has been one of the worst experiences I've had. I visited the hostel, and it was nothing like what I was promised. The room and the overall service were disappointing, and I cannot stay there. When I was first contacted, I was told that only one room was available and the rest were fully booked. That gave me the impression this was a good PG, so I paid the initial ₹2,000 deposit. But when I actually visited, the entire floor was empty no one was living there. I felt completely misled. At the beginning, I was told to pay only ₹2,000. But as the move-in date got closer, I started receiving messages from different people asking me to pay the remaining deposit and onboarding fee immediately, threatening that I would lose the room otherwise. I was pressured into paying, and in total I ended up spending ₹9,200. After seeing the room and how everything was managed, I wanted a refund. I was told to raise a complaint through the Colive app, but the app only has limited options not even related to my issue. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered. Later, a salesperson gave me an email ID to send my refund request, which I did but I haven't received even a single reply. De”

“I had a terrible experience with Colive Jordan. The service is extremely poor and the managers are rude and unprofessional. Instead of returning my deposit, they are demanding an additional ₹11,000 with unjustified charges. They added an inflated electricity bill of ₹3,200 and an unreasonable maintenance charge of ₹19,000. Most of the positive reviews online seem fake and do not reflect the reality of living here.”

“Worst. Update: doesn't return security deposit. Nobody responds from service. Worst place to live in entire Bangalore. Update: No water at all in bathrooms for past few days. Zero response from service. Also, way too dirty. Cockroaches are everywhere, including the fridge.”

Their properties are very old not maintained and they don't provide hot water and good internet. And they charge additionally for electricity and maintenence. Overall these people are such a fraud

This colive is such a fraud and the customer support team and sales team are not properly helping the customers. One person blocked me and haven’t picking calls who promised me the pre booking amount is refundable. I thought colive is a reputed company but it’s such a fraud. If u have idea of looking into colive pg please vanish that though.

Devansh Doshi★★★★★I shifted to Colive Jordan on February 15, and it has been a terrible experience so far. The room has not been cleaned for the last 10 days, and no one seems to care despite multiple complaints. The food quality is the worst—tasteless and barely edible. To make things worse, the food gets finished quickly because they only prepare enough for 2-3 people. Today, I went to take breakfast at 8:10 AM, and there was nothing left! When I raised this issue, the manager was extremely rude and spoke as if it was my mistake for expecting a basic service. The lack of hygiene, poor food quality, and unprofessional behavior make this place highly disappointing. Not recommended at all!

Niraj Rauta★★★★★This side Niraj i used to stay in colive jordan pg and this is my review KINDLY TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY since This is the worst PG experience I’ve ever had. I paid ₹7k as a security deposit, which they never returned. The management is extremely rude, and the food quality is terrible. The washing machine never worked, and they increased the rent by ₹1k every month without any prior notice. They even added extra charges to the bill without explanation. Service tickets are completely ignored, and they block you when you leave. The management is unresponsive and unprofessional. This place is a complete scam—do not fall for it. Stay away if you value your money, time, and peace of mind.

Without any update they suddenly told to shift to another colive i.e Santiago 1 and 2 that was the worst experience ever the rent got high 8k then it went to 9k now this months October it's 10535 just 1 single bed. The managers are so rude don't know how to behave or talk. The food is worse I stay for 6month I didn't have single day food. Please I recommend if you guys are looking for rent the go for pg or rent not this so call colive.

Once you check out, they will not even respond to your calls or messages regarding the reimbursement of advance. Please beware of all these things. There are many better Colive PG’s with better service and facilities. And please don’t go by the recent reviews posted here, everything is paid and non of them actually stayed there in COLIVE. They won’t give your deposit back and they will block you from everywhere.

The whole pg has bed bugs, food is as bad as you can imagine, they have so many hidden charges while paying rent for each month. They won't return the deposit money and instead put tons of charges for you to pay. And you'll recieve continuous threats on your email for a legal notice for not fulfilling the charges. And they would charges you for theft of bedsheets, pillow covers etc when you leave the pg, which was never there in the first place. Please don't put anymore money in their pockets.
