I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was subpar, and it only got worse throughout my stay. Check-in ~ First Impressions: The check-in process was painfully slow, with the front desk staff appearing indifferent and unprofessional. Instead of a warm welcome, I was met with blank stares and confusion about my booking and was made to pay full advance. It took far longer than necessary to get my room, and there was no assistance with luggage. Room Condition: The room was in decent condition. It was not cleaned properly, with dust on the furniture and stains on the sheets. Basic amenities were not provided by the staff. Worst of all, there were yellow stains in the bathroom, which clearly showed the maintenance of hygiene. Service & Staff Attitude: Customer service was non-existent. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping guests, often acting as if they were being inconvenienced. Food & Dining: The food quality was okayish, and service was painfully slow. The experience at this hotel was nothing less than a nightmare. The AC doesn’t work, the staff is not helpful, the room services are bad. I stayed for 5 days and asked for a room with view, they gave me city view wherein outside the window was a small space full of garbage and pigeon shit. There was no slipper, tissues, bath gown and even the basic amenities. The power went off every now and then and took 10-12mins to resume. The hotel would deny you cutlery and plates if you order food from outside. They would ask ₹180 for a dinner plate if you want one. At breakfast I was in a rush so I asked the person to pack me a paratha which he kept in a foil packet and handed me loose. The hotel is dirty, old and very outdated. The rooms are noisy and random staff would knock at your door in the middle of the night and would take hours, sometimes a day even to resolve issues.

We checked in at a reception that was broken down. All the walls had stains and paint peeling from them showing that the building was extremely old and in need of renovation. We were taken to our floor by the elevator to see the dingy hallway connecting all rooms. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. Even the ceiling had patches of dampness as you can see in one of the pictures. On entering our rooms we were met with a dusty, old interior. As you can see in the various photos the room is in desperate need of cleaning and a total furniture change. Only the bed was acceptable but the quilt and pillows had small stains on them. The bathroom was also in a terrible state but unfortunately I could not get any photos of it. The food was okay. We ordered a simple sandwich and a plate of chicken noodles. The noodles came quick but the sandwich took almost 40 minutes. When we asked the hotel staff why it took so much time he told that the sandwich came from outside the hotel. Remember, as I said it was just a simple sandwich. At this point it is questionable which food items are from restaurants or food stalls outside and which are made in the hotel kitchen. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The management was poorly organized and unresponsive to guest concerns. There was water leakage in my room, due to which I had to be shifted to another room. Unfortunately, the replacement room was also unsatisfactory, with several malfunctioning facilities, including a non-working TV. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and far below expectations.

Horrible place for buffet dinner!! We were 18 people for dinner, it was such bad experience - starters were reheated and tasted stale - appam batter was sour and it shouldn’t have been on menu too - they said they will have coffee on menu, even that was missing - for one horrible service provided Rs1800 service charge FOOD WAS A BIG ZERO! I don’t even know how they call themselves star hotels

Day 1 - The hotel is very tired. The furniture, the pait, the sheets, the towels...everything. The IT chap has to come to your room to give you a code to access the wifi. It took nearly a day for that. Food is ok, not too bad but not too good either. My cooking is much better than this.

Really old hotel. You have to wait to get hot water in the tap. But their service is pathetic. Very poorly planned infrastructure. For a hotel this large, their breakfast is the size of a storeroom. So if you are looking at a peaceful experience, stay away.

Had a very bad experience at this hotel. The AC was not working, and power was going in between and despite informing the staff, no proper action was taken. The customer service was extremely poor and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the stay. They will collect the entire amount while check in and not at all flexible in anything. Feels like we are staying free in this hotel. Won't ever prefer this hotel.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, mainly due to the dishonesty of the management. At the time of checkout, they falsely accused me of consuming an almond from the minibar and charged me for the entire pack (approximately ₹300) without even providing it. Despite my clarifications, they refused to listen and unfairly added the charge to my bill. This kind of cheating and lack of integrity from the hotel staff is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to deal with unfair charges and poor management behavior. The hotel should ensure that any accusations against guests are verified with substantial proof before adding charges to their bills.

Was expecting it to live upto standards of Royal Orchid but it seems like a 2-Star hotel but what they claim it is 4*. Reception staff was strangely very rude, Siddhartha. If I had time to look thoroughly I would never have booked here. It’s not worth the money. pictures are also deceiving. There are a lot of other better hotels and even at lesser price. Towels were also not clean, they were very old and looked shabby. Not recommendable at all. And the laundry service , try your best not to use it, as they will give you the amount of disappointment you would never have expected.

A Nightmare Disguised as a Hotel Stay If you’re looking for a place to sweat, suffer, and seriously question your life choices, look no further. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was greeted by the sweet aroma of mildew and a ceiling leak that provided free indoor rain. It was like staying in a budget rainforest experience — except without the beauty, and definitely not the budget. The room boasted exactly one amenity: a bed. There was no AC, just a fan that made a sound like it was trying to take off. Spoiler: it didn’t. Want to check your email or stream a show? Good luck! The WiFi was so weak, even sending a message felt like tossing a paper plane across the country. And here’s the cherry on this tragic sundae — they charge you for everything. Cutlery? Charged. Ice cubes? Charged. I wouldn’t have been surprised if they handed me a bill for breathing too heavily. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car. Or under a bridge. Honestly, both offer better airflow and WiFi than this place. Rating: 1 star — only because zero stars isn’t an option.

They lie about 25% discount on food and beverages. They have clauses for everything and decline to give discounts. At the time of checkout you’ll realise the true nature. Completely got cheated. Better to stay at any other place. Pathetic Stay. Stayed at room 404 for 6 days.
