Good things about the PG and Management -: 1. Rooms are very spacious and so is the dining hall. 2. Proper kitchen setup present. 3. Balcony present in every rooms. 4. Every rooms have TV and AC. 5. Washroom is spacious for a single person. 6. Internet speed is above 250 mbps. 7. Ample sunlight and ventilation in most of the rooms. 8. Behaviour of reception staff is pretty peaceful. 9. Fridge and washing machine present inside the flats and also in the terrace. 10. LPG gas in cylinders are provided and is within the rent. 11. Quality of the food is decent.

Probably one of the most spacious and clean PGs in AECS Layout. The food is tasty, thanks to cook Sampat, and the caretaker Lakshman plus the manager are super polite and helpful. Any issue you raise gets fixed instantly.

I hv stayed for 2weeks. The stay was really good, staff cooperated well and the owner also really cooperative and friendly. Food was really good and service was good. There are 4 rooms in individual flat hence it had home like experience and not as PG. Overall good stay experience.

One of the cleanest and well maintained places in this area for Executive Stay/Service Apartments. This are actually fully furnished flats with house keeping staff. As of now, they are preferring AirBnB bookings. In case you are a bunch of people who can take whole flat(3-4bhk), then they would give it. But not sure, if it's the case if you are alone looking a shared room. But worth giving try, the staff are very helpful. Better maintained than any Colives/PGs in this area.
