“Pathetic WiFi & Zero Accountability – Stay Away from Zolo Pragma (Would’ve Given Zero Stars if That Was an Option) If you're even thinking of staying at PG Zolo Pragma in Bangalore for work or study, think again. The WiFi here is an absolute joke – it rarely works, and when it does, it's painfully slow and unreliable. Despite repeated complaints, no one from the property management takes any responsibility. They’ll give you excuses, false assurances, or worse, completely ignore you. What's even more frustrating is that there's no cancellation or refund policy, so once you're in, you're stuck – regardless of how bad the living conditions get. This is the bare minimum you'd expect from a managed PG, and Zolo completely fails to deliver. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being disconnected and unheard.”

“If there was an option to give Zero or any negative rating, i would have chosen that. I have had a extremely bad experience with zolo. Pre-booking room by paying huge advance; Travelling from far; Reaching to zolo pragma in the late evening; finding a place very different from what has been projected in the website; waiting in the basement for long with nobody around, no reception, in a hope that somebody would come and give the key; finally when tried to reach the care taker, he is not at all aware that room has been pre-booked and accomodation needs to be arranged; somehow the rooms gets arranged and when I enter inside, it's a nightmare! Bedroom, bathroom, balcony!! The worst experience i ever had in my life!! Finally I moved out next day morning itself to a very decent accomodation near to my place of visit within the same rate itself. After lots of hues and cries, which drained me out of my energy, they informed that refund will be initiated, considering this as a one odd case. People, do think 100 times before booking any accommodation with zolo, especially if you are travelling from far and approach this stay trusting the images in the website.”

David Chaudhary★★★★★Place is unlivable. Full of pests. Poor bathrooms. Full of cockroaches. Sink so small, can't even brush teeth properly. The drain of sink opens on your feet. If you want feeling of living in a slum, this is your place.

You have to pay electricity bill, tv recharge, food also not included , further if you not stay one year then they forfeited your deposit money. You will get many other pg for co live in just half rate with food & all same service and furnished Near Neeladri Nagar.

Harsh Chauhan★★★★★Have been staying for the past 3 months. Haven’t faced any issues yet. The Caretaker and the Property manager are very helpful. Also, one thing I really liked about this place is the timely cleaning of the rooms every other day. I am a bit hygienic and too lazy to clean by myself, so this was a major plus point for me to stick to this place. P.S. Not a paid review :p
