I had a very bad experience here. You have to be careful in payments. If you pay rent by UPI they will not give receipt. I paid 5K advance. When I joined they said, they will deduct 2K, but when I vacated they deducted 50% i.e 2.5K. As I didn't have any written proof, I couldn't claim my amount. If you vacate the PG on a month which has 31 days, you have to pay 700 for 31st day. They will force you to vacate on 30th itself. As I am a food lover, I couldn't eat PG food. As building is new, things are new. Maintenance is not good. No TV in room. No proper response. I was there for 3 months and 8 days ( Feb, I joined on Feb 21. they asked me to pay 10 days rent instead of 8 days) . There was no power back up till the day I vacated the PG. As it is industrial area, often power shutdown will be there. Be ready to take stairs. Lift system is not proper. They will lock the gate at 11 p.m. Though you are in hurry or emergency situation, you have to call that person well in advance and inform him. Else stand outside, call him several times and wait. No roof in terrace, hence difficult to dry clothes in rainy season. Used sanitary pads are kept in open bucket which was so disgusting. One go

I am staying in hostels &pgs for almost 15 years,the worst pg I have ever stayed, I stayed for just three days and then I ran away from this pg ,they took 4000 advance they didn't give single penny back .As it is a new pg, ambiance is good ,rooms are fine. Worst, worst , worst food ,🤮 Washing machine won't work properly. Cleanliness is not ter , cleaning people won't clean room and wash room properly. Everything just sucks... Replying to that pg lady response in which she is speaking abt rules and regulations..... Hello dancing lady yes I'm naming you that becoz while giving pg how nicely you danced and showed pg and told that food and facilities will be good but my experience was worst...as a experience i have all the right to share my review online....i think u took it too personally and got offended....but again I'm telling you it's a worst pg i have ever stayed...and the way u have used language above like (don't do dance and all,, for giving a geniune review about ur pg) shows your mentality..

Worst pg I have ever stayed in bnglr .poor food ,0 hygiene no regular cleaning and the pg owner God knows how rude she is.there will be powercuts so lift will stop automatically n nobody cares if u r inside i experienced it imagine how horrible It will be.be careful while payments once u pay money u r done they won't return single penny even if u won't stay a single day . Please I suggest not to go by infrastructure,we need good food and good facilities.

Very worst ever 😪there is no good food and good service also 🥲I had a lot of health problems during that period because there is no hygiene and that owner doesn’t care single help for us 😠.Water problems and lot of issues there I thought to run way from there😔even one thing also not perfect.everyone is going because of infrastructure but the truth more than infrastructure there is no good food ,hygiene water and no Parking and there is rude aunty will there . Please avoid to go there

Absolutely terrible experience staying at this PG. The rooms were dirty, and zero hygiene. The food was even worse—bland, repetitive, and sometimes not even properly cooked.The management was completely unresponsive and rude whenever issues were raised. Basic facilities like Wi-Fi barely worked, and cleanliness was clearly not a priority.Definitely not worth the money. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place and look for better options elsewhere.

I stayed in this Pg for almost a year and it was a good experience. The PG owners were good and listened to the problems here. The Generator was available 24/7. And no issues with water supply even when Bangalore was facing water shortage. One major problem I faced was the food which wasn’t that good. And often I had to eat by cooking myself or order out as the food was not great. However overall my experience was good. Would recommend it to ppl to look into this PG in your accommodation finding journey.
