We booked 2 rooms for ₹9,000, and it was a massive disappointment. Don't be fooled by the photos online. ​The Rooms & Plumbing: The bathroom was a disaster. The shower was broken, spraying water everywhere like a waterfall instead of a proper stream. When you turned on the tap, water leaked from all sides. The bedroom doors were hard to open and close, and they even gave us a torn bedsheet. Make sure you check everything—including the commode—before accepting a room. ​Amenities & Amenities: We stayed on the ground floor near the pool area. The TV did not work at all, so we missed the IPL matches. To make it worse, the hotel Wi-Fi was completely dead, and there was zero Airtel or Jio network connectivity in the rooms. There are also no indoor or outdoor games or activities available. ​The Only OK Parts: The paid restaurant food was excellent, and the service was decent, but the complimentary breakfast was sub-par. ​We were stuck because we had already paid and had no option to change, so we tried to make the best of it in the pool, but this place is absolutely not worth the price. Look elsewhere.

"My biggest mistake booked a standard room at this resort through Cleartrip standard room for ₹2000, but unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing, The AC in the room wasn't working, the room wasn't clean or neat, and overall, the atmosphere was unpleasant.and the blanket had a hole, I couldn’t stay even 2 hour so checked out immediately and left the resort, I Wouldn't recommend booking a standard room here. 😕". And I would strongly advice : don’t trust the HD pics online, visit and check the room before booking. 2000rs has it’s value.

Service is very poor. We have booked luxury room @rs 3,200/- dtd 26/12/2025..chekin was night 10'o clock.room not cleaned yet.. These rooms are small and old. Especially the washroom horrible..noising AC unit..Most disappointed thing hot water won't come if called the manager he replied service man will come by 8'o clock. Very bad experience.. I recommend don't choose for family staying..

Neither cute nor a resort. We checked out within 90 minutes of checking in. We had two rooms - one of them had a bad smell in both the room and worse in the bathroom. The other room had a broken toilet seat. Both rooms had bad showers with little to no hot water and sometimes low pressure. Bedsheets had tears as did the towels. This is a 1 star dump with three star pricing. We did not check out the spa or the pool as we decided right away this was not hospitable enough for us to stay. The end is for hallway ( right next to the second room had a bunch of mattresses piled on top of each other and that was smelling a bit too. In one word - AVOID!!!!

The hotel cancelled multiple people who booked via Clear trip. Pathetic and untrained service stop. I had to teach them how to talk politely to customers when denying bookings. The resort is small and not very clean. They are unhelpful and kind of a scam show since they had atleast 12 empty rooms, but told the clear trip representative that they did not have any rooms empty. Absolutely POOR EXPERIENCE

The most worst experience. It's not at all a resort , you can call it a hotel with limited food . We wanted to stay there for four days but ended up checking out immediate next day before check out timings. Villa was not ready for check in , waited for 2 hours to check in while the cleaning staff was fighting with each other to clean the Villa. Old rug smell in the rooms n the phenol smell was there for 4 hours atleast. Cleanliness was not up to the mark . Toilets were not clean. Outside the rooms window they have stocked all beds , pillow, rugs , bedsheets on the floor dirtily. No hot water facility was provided even after complaining many times. Just imagine the stay in January without got water facility. Since we travelled with small baby with aged parents stay was very uncomfortable. Menu had only few options and also the complimentary breakfast was not good at all . Coffee n tea lacked milk n sugar . Restaurant was very dirty, files flying everywhere near restaurant area. Restaurant staff was not at all obliging. They behaved as if they are feeding us for free . Pathetic experience. Please don't consider this resort even for free of cost . Disappointed and felt I got cheated. It’s not a resort or a 3 star hotel. Small hotel with a small garden and swimming pool. The actual room we got is not the same as in pictures and the Breakfast was Not Free. The standard room has the dirtiest bed. This was the worst bed I ever slept and I paid almost Rs. 2500 for that. Small Room, old and dirty furniture. Bathroom fittings are also some 30year old.

A very bad resort to stay in. I had booked the villa. It is smaller than my house as well. One bedroom AC was not working another did not have a fan. The reception was rude. There were no basic things like a heater kettle for warm water. No tea coffee powder that usually comes complimentary in Oyo rooms as well now. They just blatantly said that they don't provide that. That's provided to 2500 worth rooms but not to 10k worth villa! What a logic!! Bathrooms are badly planned where the jet spray is on your left and you have to be a left-hander to use them. Quite small property. Don't fall prey to the photographs. They are well taken and edited.

I recently had a disappointing experience with The Cute A Village Resort. Unfortunately, the level of service offered by this hotel is below average. I attempted to book a stay at the resort but was met with unresponsiveness - no one picked up my calls or responded to my emails. Furthermore, the amenities offered by the hotel did not meet my expectations. They were subpar and left me feeling dissatisfied with my overall experience. Overall, I do not recommend The Cute A Village Resort. In my opinion, it is an unprofessional establishment that lacks the basic standards required of a quality hotel.

Visited this place a part of stay over from Mysore. The place has good outdoor garden, however poor rooms. The room provided had issue with Airconditioner not working after 10.30 pm. Termites entering from windows. Please keep your phone always with you, unless complaints is reported they will not be attended. If you are planning leisure without phone, this restaurant is a so sorry for you Liquiors offered at table (without license no display of CL6 or CL 9 license) , not a ideal for a family overstay. For bachelor party / friends weekend trip it's a fine place.

The resort is maintained well but the room was very small and Stuffy. Also the food was horrible. The swimming pool is maintained clean but is very deep with no depth indicator boards and no safety guards which can be a big safety threat. Overall was not a very pleasant stay.
