Not worth it Check-in Experience: I checked in the early morning the male associate and security were sleeping but he took time and was not briefed where I force to ask. Room : The room was fine spacious - amenities nothing was there than soap Room service was horrible Attended comes with carrying bag with a broom And mop. That was very dirty can't digest this. Restaurant: I had booked with breakfast first day was fine restaurant staffs are kind and supportive Lady in the serving team was excellent One day I woke up late and asked for a restaurant where it was open but the chef wasn't available same in the evening chef comes post 7:30 pm till we have to wait to place an order so food part there had nothing to serve during my 4days Laundry : While going for work I have asked the receptionist boy to provide a laundry bag for keep it but answer was Hk staff will pick morning by8 and evening they will return it similarly I kept the dresses next to the bed but till my checkout no one collect ted or provided any service they are not bothered for anything that’s what I realised Once the booking has done then it’s a pain to complete the stay like this Check out time also I have asked

Very horrible place. I did not have a choice hence the 1 star. We went to our room and there was no water. The AC was not cooling even at 17 and the bed was bunched enough to give anyone a back pain and the TV was not working too. It's a very old property and the maintenance is non existent. The hallway and our room was stinking too. The price for the room is not worth the seedy place. Customer service was bad too. We decided to cancel our booking and leave and luckily found a new hotel Shivas Galaxy right behind the hotel.

Avoid, just avoid. They market themselves as a 3-star hotel, but in reality are just a 1-stat hotel. Bad food with hardly any options, poorly trained staff, and if privacy is what you are looking for then forget about it. They don’t understand the concept of privacy here. Greatly disappointed. I stayed just one day and that was more than enough for me. I am never coming back again. You, the reader, also avoid if you can.

Booked it for a night. Only goods are proximity to airport and decent rooms. Downsides - No in-room dining post 2230. Broken plumbing system in the washroom and we had to wait for almost 45 mins for things to be sorted and to get ready. Lucky we weren't pressed by time. This being a Royal Orchid brand hotel, i would call it a disappoint.

I don't want to give even 1star, if there would be an option of giving minus star i would have given that. Worst hotel i have ever been. First of all the room stinks n washroom stinks more. They didn't even prepared room for us by keeping water bottles, kettle, tea n coffee nothing. I was like okay no prblm will call and get all the things , then surprisingly i can't even make a call coz phn was dead. I went all way down to let them know about everything n they said they will send water n guess what whole afternoon almost 5-6hrs i was without water. Luckily on search i found half bottle of water in my bag n was saved for a day. I gave laundry and guess what i received it whole wet next morning. Thank God i was having extra pair so i wasn't depended on that. On asking for iron so that these wet clothes gets little dry they showed me the way in lobby where it was attached iron, so inshort i was standing in lobby ironing my clothes at 4am that's was the worst part i ever faced in my life. I suggest not to ever visit to this place coz they don't even care for it.

Food is a little expensive, but it's close to the airport and they'll help you with regards to printing documents which is nice. Edit: The rating has been changed to 1 star because when I tried to book a room this time around the staff never got back and then ignored our calls after that.

I was looking for a day stay in Bangalore . So i booked a room in this hotel using Mistay website. Booked from 8AM - 7PM. Amount 2143 precisely. The average charge in other sites for regular check in & checkout for a day was around 1100 - 1200. Still i was ready to pay this amount hoping for a good experience. I reached Bangalore in the morning 5am . Sitting in railway station thinking i should not reach hotel too early. Then i reached hotel around 6.40 AM. The receptionist told me to sit . I was hoping they will let me check in atleast by 7 or 7.30. But literally they made me to sit exactly till 8, Although the room was available. & In Mistay it was mentioned breakfast included but they denied for breakfast ( anyhow i am least bothered for that). My say is Although customer booked a room paying double the amount & even when rooms available , not providing room is not a good customer service. As a frequent traveller to bangalore. I will never visit your hotel again. Thank you for the service given.

I stayed with other 5 guests on 20th night - Room No 305 & 2 others. First of all the booking process took almost entire day (to receive booking confirmation). During the actual stay we found that the A/Cs were not working, The door lock/key was not working, The toilet was stinking & we were charged for all this! We did not receive any cooperation or proper assistance from the staff on duty! Horrible experience....will never stay again....

It was really bad. Reception person gave us the worst room. Washroom was so bad - Very small and stinking, when I asked him to change my room he said our all washrooms are like this but that's not the case. I would never suggest anyone to stay there and ruin your travel.

Toilet got stains, no internet, tv not working, rooms very very very very bad. Nothing in refrigerator full empty, furniture broken and rusted, too expensive for a place like this. Will never ever recommend. Maha kuda. Poor word is also better than this place. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Booked for just 1 night stay for my mom & dad.. with breakfast and dinner on 12 dec checking date and 13th december checkout date.. Room quality was poorest bed was not at all comfortable almost broke condition in all room. Unfriendly staff and gave dinner as if they were giving donation to us.. Breakfast was also worst no option except bread and butter and no cleaning no staff and nothing is available nearby.. overall worst stay it is just spoiling the name of regenta when compared to all other of its name.. worst experience overall

The experience was so bad that we had to stay in that small lobby of hotel with our huge family They were totally disrespectful and did not even took any steps in order to clear their mistake. The management was so bad that if we would complain to them then they wouldnt even here it and just wont care for their guests. Thats not kind a behaviour anyone looks upto. The experience was horrible and hopeless.
