I am currently residing here till the rooms are like hotels and services are decent, receptionist behaviour is good , although whenever you go with complaint behaviour changes. Deposite is ₹7500 and same for monthly rent for double sharing and ₹2000 will be deducted from the deposit, here we do have geyser & washing machine along with ro , and also iron facility diy which rarely used by me and my roomate . And as because I am here residing i don't know about the owner esse of releasing deposite.
