One of the worst PGs I have ever stayed in. The food is of very poor quality, the rooms are unhygienic with bedbugs and even rats, and there are frequent water problems with no proper hot water. The food is often kept uncovered , and the manager is completely unresponsive to complaints. Washing clothes takes a long time. Overall, it is not worth the money, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this PG.

The management here is the worst. Water supply never comes on time, and the place is very unhygienic with a constant bad smell. Cleanliness is not maintained at all. If any issue comes up, the management doesn’t respond or take responsibility. Definitely not worth staying here.

Worst management, low quality food they don’t cover food, lots of rat, bed bugs, one day i saw scrubber in the food, they say you get hot water 24/7 where as it is not the case, what ever the complain you report to the manager, he takes his own time to resolve it. In total waste of money.

One of the PG’s where cleanliness is never apart of their Policies,I can Guarantee you that when u vacate this PG u will definitely take a lot of bedbugs family with you..the Food Menu for the Lunch is always the same routine..apart from that the room size is great but the water keeps leaking 24hrs which is in fact so called Running water where the leakage from taps was never corrected..the area of cleanliness I will never even want to give 0.1% to this PG..The workers are friendly but try to take advantage of you at times..and when asked for Bill he would add 18% GST…To the Bill great Billing cycle ! Amazing and hats of to the Management !

From past 2 months, me and my roommates are calling manager (Vishnu) for fixed the washroom issue and every single day tells that he will come but he never going to fix our room washroom till date. His behaviour is reluctant towards us. He always takes us for granted. And today he came to our room and said that we need to relocate to some other room as painting has to be done in our room but he didn’t even gave a room number and all with all over his attitude he went out from room if any owner of this branch go through this review kindly revert me…..

Pathetic management, Since day one stayed on this PG, my health has been badly affected, no proper hygiene is maintained in the kitchen, vegetables are not washed properly. I contracted bacterial infection several times and typhoid alot. when I informed the management that I was going to my hometown for my treatment and I want to leave this PG which I informed 10 days before my rental cycle but they did not offer me my advance amount back, also these people are so cramped they took advance from other clients and they made my bed occupied during my absence. They say pg business is all about compromise, yes it is always compromise for customers like us who face no wifi, elevator closed for weeks, stone and dirt in rice untreated water that we still have to compromise on ?? Compromise must be from both sides ... it's straight "No" .... They play with lives.. I Can prove all the above mentioned points with medical reports and consultation history please get in touch.

Very bad experience by the management. When I was joining time there is one manager. And he ask me the advance amount 5000. But i told him clearly . I am job seeker. When I have to move I didn't know. That's why I will every month 500 with rent. They told me that. No no u pay full amount of advance . And when u vacat from pg. U should inform me. And i will give your remaining amount 3500. After am paying full amount . And next day the manager will change.after staying 2 months. I was vacating form pg. I was asking money remaining amount advance. Before 1 week. Present manager will not respond properly . They told . You should inform before 1 month like that thay are telling. I told him the way he told the previous manager.but he didn't give my money .i was talk with owner also they also not providing my money back. (Even 1 rupee also they will not giving in 5000.unfair rules monthly 3 manager are changing. Bad management. First manager toltold 1 thing. And next manager will told another thing. Very bad. Experience. Ss stays mens pg) . (Full bad pg frauds strategies playing with joiners ) .

Please don't trust the people if you want your money back!!!.especially the management.a great example is me. I paid 5000 rupees advance and stayed only for just one month.during the time of vacating the room they reduced 1000 for maintainance (its fine, no problem.let them take it). i have already informed the owner and pg incharge before 15 days that i am going to vacate @ the end of the month (31st). on 31st at the time of vacating, they were really very busy in trying to find some reason(all reasons are not mentioning here) to get some extra money (deduct from my deposit of 5000). they said that i didn't tell them before 20 days(notice period) before vacating the room. finally they said that they will deduct 5 days room rent and balance will be given to me. The reason given by them was that i have not informed them 20 days before the notice period and it was only 15 days since i informed them about vacating the room. so they told that they will deduct rupees 1200 for 5 days (rent for 5 days) since i have not informed them. Even they could have said it first itself. instead of that they said that i have not informed them. when i showed the whatsapp chat they were not answerab
