They are scaming people. They don't refund your deposit amount instead add it to their wallet. Which u can't withdraw. If u call support they won't answer your call. They will also not respond to your emails. There are rats all over the property. Drinking water is not clean. The lift won't work for most of the days. They charged me the electricity bill of 900rupees for one month. Don't get scamed.

Worst PG to live in Koramangala - please never come here! The staff is polite, but the management is the worst. Lift has not been working for more than a month Rats are a major problem here Strongly suggest avoiding this PG.

Current Resident here, this was one of the good properties of Zolo initially. I’ve been in this property for almost 2 year. Regardless of contract, they have increase the rent by 30-40 percent in my complete tenure between contract period more than twice. There is no facility provided which was promised properly. Bed Mattresses are sunken soiled. And there is a very big bed bug manifestation, for which there were multiple complaints, but still no action. Many of us, old resident are leaving the property. So if you’re planning to move in here, do check this things out before.

Frankly speaking I don't review on things much, this time I am forced to review because of the worst maintainance by staffs here, they are not cleaning the room before giving it customer, you can check the fan, bathroom, windows and tv unit everything is dusty and major issue is lift is not working over a month. No one bothers.

It's a fraud comoany!!! Avoid staying here. They have so many hidden charges that you will go in shock. I had one of the worst experience staying here. The property is in a good location but the property is bad. Lift dosen't work half the time, and the washing machines are horrible and often have water problems. Besides that the Zolo app is super confusing to use and they keep charging an extra amount everywhere possible. Dealing with the exit policy or the notice period is horrible. One of the example of hidden charges is that when you want to claim your deposit back they will charge you an exit charge which was never mentioned anywhere. In my opinion try staying in some other PG. It's definitely not worth the price, if you want to burn your money then opt to stay with zolo or else please avoid . Horrible experience!

You may get attracted by the google photos initially but you will come to know the real color after you pay the advance. This property is known for frequent electricity issues.EVERY HOUR there is an electricity fluctuations. First few days the caretaker talk nice and after that you will come to know the real treatment. NOT WORTH FOR 15K per month. Five start reviews are given by their own employees. So please be careful.

There are issues for more than one month but still no one cares here even though all the tenants shouting at care taker. Think before you check in here. Very expensive . Property Neat and tidy . Food is mediocre at best. Caretakers clean the rooms every other day. That part no complains. Continuously you will experience power cuts , that mostly due to the low voltage issues that this property has had for 3 months now. Trust me , you will not be able to watch TV for straight 1hr. Wifi is apparently leased or something. Terrible. 15 to 20 mins u will get disconnected and then reconnected. You may think it's not a big issue. Even it happens enough times you will lose your threshold for tolerance. Double sharing occupancy will cost 13k plus 2k for food. There is a pool table in the basement which maybe an upside for some people. Ask any questions. I'll answer them . Oh another thing , if you are caught in the lift during these power cuts , good luck. No one ( caretakers ) knows English , only hindi.

Pathetic place. Don't get influence by looking at photos on Zolo App/Website and Google. Most of the time the power supply is on the Generator. The Geyser, Washing Machine, and other electronic appliances are useless during these times. You can't use them when you're in real need of. Zolo Phantom property charges 13,000 on a twin sharing basis, however, no basic working facilities. You might get impressed seeing them during your visit, however, they are just showpieces since actual power supply from the electricity board won't available.

This property has serious electricity problems. If you are moving in with costly devices, think twice. The rent here is double the average when compared to the other properties in bangalore. Since this is from their premium 'Zolo Select' properties. Yet the service is so unprofessional. We raised this issue here multiple times. But, the issue persists. We raise tickets only to get it closed.
