“Absolutely pathetic. These people are thieves! Inhuman management. I had to check out of my PG urgently due to a medical emergency. These people did not refund the advance money (Rs. 10,000), despite showing the medical prescriptions and reports. Additionally, these people charge you from the start of the month, irrespective of when you join. These people said that room would be available from 10th of May, but still charged me complete Rs. 10.000 for the month's rent. And when I had to checkout due to emergency on 16th May, they refunded neither the advance money nor the monthly rent. Thieved me of Rs. 20,000 for a 5 day stay. The rooms were so pathetic, the bed-sheet and pillows smell weird, the washrooms were so small and leaking all the time, completely unhygienic. No refrigerator. Absolutely would not recommend. When you call them, they would send a video of their room, and say that the prices start at Rs. 7000. But that room would actually cost you Rs. 10,000. This you would come to know only on reaching there. Shameless liars!”
