First impression is the best impression, unfortunately, my very first interaction with the Quality Inn Rockwell Grand's management left me completely disheartened. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this property and from Dastak Hospitality & Promoters if by any chance you are reading my review before buying their privilege card. When I was initially approached by Dastak Hospitality and Promoters (Sachin and Tarun), they aggressively promoted a privilege membership card for this hotel, Quality Inn Rockwell Grand at Down Town Park, No: 19, Gate, Sadahalli, close to Airport, explaining numerous benefits. The promise was clear, two nights of complimentary stay at the hotel among other perks. I trusted their word and purchased the membership. As per the card instructions, I made my reservation in advance. On 1st September, I messaged their WhatsApp reservations line at 12 PM in the noon, clearly stating that I would check in on 2nd September at 6 PM and check out the following morning. The message was read within 12 minutes, yet no one bothered to reply. Hours passed, and only after I called at 9 PM did someone in the night shift casually say the booking would be confir

I am Ranjana Sheikh , on an official visit to banglore. I am booked in a superior room No 308 for (28th - 29th Nov 23) morning check out where the wifi does not work ,the TV does not work. I checked in at 9.30 pm and after requesting the manager to check the sysyems response is given after 20 minutes as the gentleman was having his dinner. He promised that he would arrange the other room. But neither did he arrange any engineer to check the system nor he arranged for another room but made the woman at the reception to call me n inform that the hotel is packed, we do not hv any other room so you hv to stay the way as is. The lady was extremely rude ,the manager is prompting from behind telling her to say that you can vacate the hotel room if you wish so at 10.30 pm . I am surprised, shocked by the behavior of the Rockland grand quality inn staff. Shocking : The manager least bothered of safety of a woman that at 10.30 pm asking to vacate the room and look for other accommodation. Our experience at Quality Inn Rock Inn / Rockwell Grand Hotel was absolutely horrible, mainly due to the front desk staff’s rude, irresponsible, and unprofessional behavior. Despite having a confirmed booking through our membership, the front desk staff refused to provide us a room. What made the situation worse was that we were initially assured that the room was available and were asked to wait. We were made to sit and wait until 11:00 PM, only to be told later that there was no booking, even after repeatedly showing the valid booking reference and confirmation details. The staff showed no accountability, no empathy, and no effort to resolve the issue. They kept changing their statements and behaved as if the inconvenience caused to guests late at night did not matter at all. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, especially from a hotel that claims to operate under a reputed brand name. After a long, exhausting wait and mental harassment, we were left stranded at night with no room, no solution, and no apology. This hotel cannot be trusted, even if you have a confirmed booking. The front desk staff clearly lacks basic hospitality training and professionalism. I

Ian a specialist doctor from Sri Lanka. A group of 10 doctors stayed in this hotel from 29 th of January to 1st February. We were participating for a conference. We checked out on 1st February at 5 pm. In a hurry I forgot to take a branded dress costing about INR 5000 which I wore to the conference. My friend who shared this room had seen it in the hotel wardrobe about one hour before the check out. On second day of returning to Sri Lanka, while unpacking my bags I remembered that I couldn’t take the dress and immediately phoned the hotel and asked about it. They promptly said it was not there. After several inquiries including two phone calls with the manager (who was very rude on the second telephone call ) all of them said there was no such item found. It looks like the hotel management is not taking the responsibility of their workers Apart from this another doctor from our group who kept a removed false teeth on the table during the stay could not find it after returning to the room a few hours later. Upon inquiry they had again said they didn’t see such an object. Out of ten doctors seven of us developed severe diarrhea and vomiting and some of them vomited in the conference

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Quality Inn Rockwell Grand, Bengaluru I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at Quality Inn Rockwell Grand, Bengaluru. To begin with, the bed linen was stained and clearly not fresh, and the washroom was filthy and full of hair — absolutely unacceptable levels of hygiene. Breakfast was included in my tariff, and since I had an early morning checkout, the staff promised a packed breakfast. But to my shock and disbelief, at the time of checkout I was casually informed that the packed sandwiches had been eaten by rats. That statement alone reflects the level of negligence and the appalling state of cleanliness in your facility. This is not just poor service — it’s a complete failure in basic hospitality standards. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You seriously need to re-evaluate your hygiene protocols, staff training, and guest commitment — because this was, by far, a nightmarish experience.

Me and my colleagues really had a bad experience with the Quality Inn Rockwell Grand. We reached Bengaluru international airport at 12.30Pm.Since we stayed at the same hotel prior to our trip we didn't search for other hotels and we dailed the Quality Inn Rockwell Grand and asked if any rooms are available and the response we got is "Rooms are available and we are waiting for you" Based on this we took a cab to hotel and upon reaching the hotel the receptionist denied rooms saying they are no rooms available. It was like a tiring experience as we had no sleep and we had to search for other hotels at night. It was really a bad experience we had. Hope not anyone comes to this situation

Won’t recommend this hotel to any one , A/C was not working when it is very humid. Pathetic and slow service for break fast. Lift was also not working for some time. And their computer system was down when I came to check in and had wait for some time to do the check in. And no spare toilet roll in the toilet. “Quality” only in the name 😁, won’t come back here. This is not what you expect from a good hotel near Bengaluru Airport

My recent dining experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing the food was of poor quality that I cannot in conscience , recommend it to anyone. Not only did the food fall short in terms of taste and presentation but the service was also lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. I regret to say that I won't be returning to this establishment and I cannot suggest any one else to do either.
