“Terrible experience! This PG was a complete letdown. They take the full month's rent upfront and won't return a single rupee even if you inform them about leaving as early as the 6th or 7th of the month. It's just a money trap. The rooms are tiny and cramped, not at all like what they show in pictures. The lift wait time feels like a decade, and overall the place has dull, depressing vibes. To make things worse, they switch off most lights at night, making the place feel dark and unsafe. If you're looking for a peaceful and honest PG, this is NOT the one. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere—especially somewhere that respects tenants and returns your security deposit on time.”

“Whatever the ratings are there in online don’t believe them those all are fake reviews. After you go and see the pg you will understand their manipulative behaviour first they will confirm 2 sharing room is available without balcony for 12k rent and 12k advance after you go there with your luggage then they will tell you that without balcony room is under construction and we will give that room only for 1 sharing and they will increase the price once you go there.I have asked for without balcony room for 12k rent and 12k advance which you have mentioned in chat then after coming there why you are telling me only with balcony room is available that too 15k rent and 15k advance and I have seen all people in your pg are ordering food from outside in Swiggy and Zomato by this only I got to know how much good food you people are providing .Purely money minded people.They will not even answer your calls once you reach the location.Before going there they will tell everything is available in our pg.Why people has to take room for more money you don’t want loss to happen for you but you want people to lose money because of you.Your pg will shutdown if you maintain this kind of manipulative”
