I stayed here for a month. Only single occupancy AC and non-AC rooms are available with attached bathroom with geyser, a storage cabinet, table and chair for each. Rooms have individual door locks and baggage storage slab. Electricity bill to be paid separately. 2 fully furnished service apartments are also available. It's a 3 storey building with parking on the ground floor, clothes drying area on the 3rd floor, and CCTV surveillance for the common areas and parking. RO water and washing machine facility is also available. Once a week bedspread change, and daily room and bathroom cleaning. Food is not provided, but for dinner they have a tie-up (extra-charged on meal basis). Less than 5 minutes drive to Mangaluru Junction. Highway connection to the central side. Provision and stationery stores at walkable distance.

Great stay in manglore for bachelors. Hygiene and cleanliness is top class. The caretaker will do the cleaning of all the rooms and bathroom each and every day. Spacious single sharing rooms with attached bathroom.
