They have worst food. in menu they write roti and give oil chapati, which is very bad for health. Entrance of pg is so worst, all smoking people stands there and we need to bend down our head in order to escape from that way. Their bathroom ventilation is very poor, if your bathroom gate is opened you will listen somebody bathing above and below. Don't believe on them in terms of rents. they can say any amount to you. They say 17K to someone, 15k to someone. We lived here for 2 months and now very happy to go somewhere else. Cleaning doesn't happens daily it will depend upon sweepers mind. They clean in 3-4 days. Floors will be full of waste, dustbin overflow. I don't know what they are giving in 17K. In the name of balcony, they are charging random amount. If we don't pay in cash, they have asked people to pay GST as well if paying the rent online.

Stayed here for 1 year in a 3-sharing room at ₹12,000/month. The room included one personal wardrobe per occupant, a shared table and chair, a shared balcony, and an attached common bathroom. Non-veg dinner is provided three times a week — egg fried rice on Tuesdays, chicken curry on Wednesdays, and chicken biryani on Sundays. Morning rice is provided and can be taken for lunch. CCTV coverage on all floors is available. A complaint form system exists, and reported issues are generally resolved within a day. Food quality and maintenance are generally manageable but vary at times. Food can be oily, Saturday breakfast could be improved, and housekeeping quality fluctuates due to periodic staff changes. Sink maintenance and washing machine availability are usually handled, though occasional issues do arise. Overall, the room feels slightly compact for the price.

One of the good pg nearby Prestige tech park in Kadubeesanahalli but lil pricy than the other pgs.Well maintained,has face lock entry n exit,weekly new menu ,3 times food and evening tea,cleaning washrooms and room alternate days mostly ,fridge in each floors,filter water in alternate floor including hot water , 2 ovens proficiency,6 washing machines, self cooking available big terrace for cloth drying, sitting area for eating in closed terrace, 1 cupboard for each person,1 big mirror ,1 ceiling fan and separate wifi router in each room,they give bucket ,mug and pillow , room prices change based on balcony availability and sharing basis.Foods comes like idli chutney,dosa sambar,poori matar,chole batura,punugulu,pongal,variety rice,aloo paratha for breakfast,after white rice ,daal,rasam ,sabji like beet root ,veggies,some fryums with buttermilk everyday,dinners comes like gobi ,egg rice,masala dosa, chole batura ,roti with chicken or paneer curry,roti sabzi,rajma,chicken biriyani n sweet for Sunday dinner.Even daily rental basis is available.Lift is there and total 7 floors ,there is a caretaker ,warden ,chefs cleaning staffs,gym is also present in the base.Separate dustbin jn each
