Warning DO NOT JOIN THIS PG. They have set up a good trap in here and will play and trick you with your money. 1.Cleanliness:Below photos clearly show how well they clean the room.When we ask them to clean they give reasons stating the cleaner is not well. 2. Owner :Owner is highly irresponsible and money minded.There stays one lady who looks after pg who is always on phone and never respond properly inspite of repeated follow up. 3. CCTV : The storage is already full and no footages will be shown to you. Recently my roommate bought a dress which was stolen and when she asked for recording it was denied as there is no such recording at all. 4.Maintaince : Poor maintainance they say they will give hot drinking water which doesn't work and never gets repaired.They never recharge the TV properly on time. We need to repeatedly follow up on them. 5.Food : They use poor quality plam oil for cooking here. 6.Rules : They speak of rules to which they dod not abide by at all. BELOW PICTURE CLEARLY IT IS MENTIONED TO INFORM AND WHEN WE INFORM THEY WANT US TO WEITE IN A BOOK WHICH THEY WILL NOT TELL U INTIALLY AND MISLEAD YOU LATER PUT BLAME ON US AND TRICK US WITH MONEY.

Hi girls , So I am here to share my experience in this pg in short . I regret choosing this girls' PG in Bellandur. The food is consistently stale and tasteless. The staff's behavior is appalling, and there are numerous unnecessary restrictions. The rooms lack basic furnishings, and the beds are uncomfortably small. The management is unresponsive and unprofessional. Additionally, being prohibited from going out at night is absurd, and the gate not opening is a major safety concern. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience. Many of the reviews you see here are done by the friends of warden or management . It’s not genuine . A boy has given good reviews about a girls pg …. Do you think it’s genuine ? I had my worst experience here . Please don’t go for this Sapthagiri pg

I don't recommend this place to anyone. They don't provide the facility as promised. 1. Hot water, you will not get when needed. No room geyser is available. Only common solar is there. You need to wait 45 minutes to get hot water. 2. Poor maintenance: Something is gone, then they won't fix it. Rather than they will put blame on you. 3. Food is so bad, In the application form they have mentioned breakfast will be available at 7.30am to 10.30am but it is getting over before 9am. 4. In my room, the subscription on tv was expired 20 days back. I call them everyday and still it was not subscribed. 5. Room is not secure: Room cleaning is done when you are not there, and your room will be shown to others when you are not there. And something is stolen they simply put blame on you. The owner is very rude. He doesn't know how to behave respectfully with people. They won't give the advance amount back. The owner will tell, he will give. But won't give you the money. They steal our hard earned money with lies. Think twice before you choose. Once you deposit that money is gone. My girlfriend stayed from march to april end I have seen the location ...its pretty good. I have one question to owner Apparently u r not paying the advance to people ,trick them with notice period thing. You refused to pay my gf her advance saying that she didnt give 1 month notice fine...when she mentioned she told it at time of admission u told its not mentioned in books.if thats the case why did u take her word for last day ...u should also have documented it no.Now its your word against her. Then why dint u allow her to continue at your place when she wanted to stay...she could have continued there for a month no.you play all these dirty tricks to a person in difficulty. Its very simple u wait for opportunities like these to eat others money..dont worry these kind of money wont stay for long. Listen people dont stay at these kind of places where people trick you with the words and engulf your money. These people are greedy goons actually and the word refund is not even there in their dictionary. They will do anything and everything thing to rip new comers off their hard earned money. At first I did not believe even a single negative review on Google about this pg and thought might be fake. But once I got to experience it first hand, I felt I should atleast write this down so that it might help others too. Not refunding money on cancelling the booking made in less than 12-16 hours is terrible and the warden lady stated the reason as "loss of clients" for her. She literally said very rudely that not even a single penny can be refunded when in reality I did not even stay in the pg and cancelled my booking in under 16 hours. I requested so much to deduct a fair amount and atleast refund a small amount which I needed for my basic needs as I am a new comer to Bangalore. People should actually stay away from such greedy "pg business" people. Edit: and oh please !! These people are talking about playing emotional card and stuff. Get a life people. People who have faced issues surely know your true colours. Absolutely pathetic. And yes this is a public platform and people should know

My sister moved into this place a year and half back. It was last moment hence this pg was our last resort. The rooms are okayish to be honest but the staff and the owner are the worst possible human. Literal goons. The owner humiliated me when I raised voice against my sister having to show the receipt everytime she entered the pg. His son was just like the father, trying to pick up fight for no reason. The owner started shouting for security when I raised my voice against the peculiar behaviour. Fun part is there was no security because the owner is miser and wouldn’t appoint one. Then he started threatening me with security cameras. With what audacity I don’t know because he’s the one who literally takes only cash. The staff are basically thieves and humiliators. They will force you to come and give cash if you’re out of state or else throw your stuff out by 5th of the month. No humanity whatsoever. I have never met such an ill mannered human in my life. If you like self respect DO NOT GO FOR THIS PG. ABSOLUTELY NO.

Dear all One of my cousin used to stay their. Had an worst stay their. Lost her valuable(gold chain), management didn’t take any step for finding it out atleast by checking out the CC footage, due to corona WFH was allocated to her and had to move to home town suddenly without any pre intimation to the management she had to leave banglore, the refund of the ADVANCE is not been initiated or given back, making fake phone calls as they are in police station as a play to save the refund amount. The fake reviews are given by the workers account to mislead the working or studying women I do personally suggest you all not to get into this pg by any choice or chance. Worst pg n managing service. When I lost my gold chain dey didn't even bother and checked cc tv. They will blame us on everything. Within two days the workers got changed. When we r not in room they send cleaners to clean our room and say you r responsible fr everything.how can we believe such idiots.so we left pg n now they r saying we will not refund advance amount.While joining dey didn't even explain properly abt notice period n now they r saying abt notice and threatening that they will give 🚨 complaint.

Such a disgusting money minded people .can't even give students own money back. They have started new drama borrowing other's phone and posting positive feedback. All the positive feedback since last 8-9 hours are fake.please don't join such pg and waste your own money.No proper facility is available. All are playing with money. These idiots are taking all others phone and begging them to post positive to cover up their bloody mistake. They will take 100% money and can't even refund 25% of money which is not theirs.

Rapidly increasing rent without informing prior and then not refunding the advance.money minded person.paid all my rent on 5 and increased the rent in the end of month and didn't informed me officialy... ... forcefully they asked me pay remaining rent ....it's not proper way , left the pg after paying which they asked 🤦..... frustrated due to thse stupid PPL .

I have stayed in different states different pgs but this is the worst pg and management should learn how to treat PPL with respect.....paid my rent on date and didn't inform they have increased the rent officially or didn't tell me and forcing me to pay remaining money on end of the month ....they should inform before one month I might pay it....but they didn't return my advance because I didn't inform them one month before....first you should follow the rules ....atlast i paid what they forced to pay and didn't get my advance left the pg........

Worst pg ever.. very money minded people.. The lady was very rude.. we moved out bcoz of an emergency and she is talking about prior informing and will not refund money!! They just need money nothing else!! Does not give a shot about ur situation.. people like these are not at all worth running a pg.. totally waste of money I totally do not recommend this pg pls find some other good pg❌❌❌
