“U won't get things like in other pg's out there like geyser, TV etc., even at d most needed time u won't be having water n at times u won't be getting drinking water also, u have to carry d can from shop n drink d water. No daily cleaning, one in a week n that too depends, food is charged separately n hence if u want to have extra food u ll be charged extra, hence d rent n this food charge combined together u can get cheaper pg's out der with less expense. N they won't provide breakfast so d cost ll again go up. Only positive thing is there is big cupboard with lock and i think little big rooms, but other facilities they lack, like i mentioned above. To get repaired sometime it ll take hell of a time n some d cleaning(&helping) lady many a times act as owner. U can get better pg's out der. U should also tell them whether u ll have food r not if u don't they ll question you. Water is also a issue. So think before u join der. N one more positive thing u can delay a little bit in giving d rent, if u don't have cash, I mean no particular date before which u have to pay, u can tell d owner n he ll allow in delaying d payment, but u have to pay ok.”
