Rooms are decent. They clean everyday. Currently staying in 5 sharing at 6k/month. Food is decent with 5-6 days non veg / veg dinner. 3 meals/day with evening tea only. Amenities - wifi, washing machine, ro purified drinking water. No hot water for bathing for those who are used to taking hot water for bathing. The Mangalore temperature is high enough for decent warm water. Only 2 wheeler parking no 4 wheeler parking available.

The rooms are good, mostly with 5 people sharing. The monthly rent costs 6k. There is wifi, washing machine, and water purifier. Room cleaning is done every day. Only two-wheelers can be parked; there is no parking slot for four-wheelers. Also, I will give it 4 out of 5.
