Please avoid booking this place. You will be disappointed. 1. Rooms are on GF, FF,SF one each. 2. The GF room is smaller than the servants room in most layouts. 3. Bathroom hardly space to even turn around . No place to keep your toiletries. 4. Room has no chair, table or even a place to keep your stuff. 5. No almirahs or hanging place. 6. beds are so low that sitting and getting up is a pain, especially for seniors. 7. SF room is just slightly better. Mirror is such that one cannot see their face. 8. SF room is similar to GF slightly bigger. 9. Nothing to eat or even make tea. All in all - AGODA SHOULD DELIST THE PROPERTY FROM ITS LIST.

Avoid, very basic place listed for obscene costs. No water or toiletries provided. Poor management with owner being unreachable on call for hours. It’s located in a very inconvenient location away from market and tourists attractions.

I haven't seen it and experienced personally, but Villa looks beautiful outside. It is situated inside the city among the homes. But it has a closed atmosphere so you might not get the noise of outside world.

Excellent Airbnb stay 5/5 . Caretaker Mr Rajput is very good host The place is quite near from caves and fort . The Karnataka govt stay is pathetic as per some tourist whom I enquired. Lucky for us we didn’t try the govt stay . The cost is same and 200 times better. The place had its own kitchen so we love cooking so we spend time in evening cooking for ourselves . Altogether i recommend you to stay here rather than other price not so worthy places in Badami .

Wonderful experience at the Agastya Villa in Badami via Stayvista. We had booked the entire villa for a family vacation and had a great time. The property is very pretty and well appointed. The service was great and Mr. Rajput, the property caretaker, was very attentive and gave us great suggestions on planning our sightseeing as well. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful villa and amazing attentive staff, they really took care of me, made sure I was comfortable andattended to every need. The home is very cozy, comfy bed, spacios living room and nicely styled all around, i felt very safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed walking around.

Unbelievable place to stay in Badami. I have been a frequent visitor to Badami and have tried many hotels. But this place is really awesome to stay. Caretaker Mr.Rajput is down to earth and takes good care of the visitors. Room, bed, pillows and spreads were very tidy-fresh and bathroom was damn clean. Felt at home. The kitchen and the hall were very modern. Will be my only place to stay at Badami henceforth!!
