I’ve been staying in this PG for about a year now, and honestly, it has been a really frustrating experience. Most of the 5-star reviews you see must be old, because the current situation is completely different. There’s no proper management at all. Resident Managers keep changing every week or two, so there’s no one responsible for anything. The biggest issue for me was security. Recently, some of my costly items got stolen, and when I asked them to check the CCTV, that’s when they realized the cameras haven’t even been working for the past 7 months. That was shocking. The deposit they take is very high, but getting it back feels impossible. They just keep delaying or avoiding it. Food is another major problem. They say it’s North Indian, but it’s not good even by basic standards. There’s no variety, and most days it’s just carb-heavy food. Protein like chana is given only sometimes, and even that doesn’t taste good. Hygiene is also very poor. The laundry area is almost always under repair, waste management is not handled properly, and outsiders keep coming in and going without any checks. There’s no proper security or control. If you try contacting customer care, they don’t respo

No water, no housekeeping, no security but yet we are getting charges of 14k. To complain also there's no one in PG because everyone left without informing to their management. No concern person is there to solve the issue or atleast to give acknowledgement on the issue. Even customer care also will say they are not the concern persons and they will provide some number of the head who is handling that particular property who will not respond on call at all. Think before considering this PG because no one will come for the solution at the time of peak issue.

Poor management. No variety in food, sometimes no care taker. Nothing is good there. I request that someone should talk on behalf of Zolo...everyone keeps waiting, no one talks from there. The worst thing about Zolo. Children are worried, parents are worried but no one is there to listen. Please keep this thing in mind while sending PG for your child.

I've visited this PG for my sister and chose it because it feels very safe and comfortable. It’s clean, well maintained, nd offers private cots with attached toilets. With gym and laundry facilities, it’s very convenient. And also management is friendly and caring. A perfect and secure place for girls.
