I'm a student and I stayed here for a month in room G4. My roommate here is named Anirudh and he's from Jain University. He verbally abused me several times and threatened to beat me over reducing the speed of the fan. I recorded his verbal abuse and threats and contacted both the owners whom showed no concern at all regarding my situation. The male owner said he could do nothing even after I told him I didn't feel safe there anymore. I left the PG immediately on that very day even after paying for the second month's rent. He did not want to listen to recording as he did not care. He showed more concern over my sister coming to help me move my things to my room on my first day than the threats to my life. If you want to harass and abuse someone with no repercussions then by all means join this PG.

Room was spacious and comfortable, they clean the room once in two days but food is not that good and unhygienic as I found hair in food 2 times and even in water, so that can be improved

It's probably the best PG in this area. I had seen many PGs nearby, but did not like any of them. However, this one is really good. It's a new building, clean, and very well maintained. Rooms are spacious compared to other PGs, and also they have daily housekeeping.. The food is decent too ; only breakfast and dinner served here. The owners are also good and well spoken individuals..

I stayed here for a month and over time it genuinely started feeling like home. The place was really comfortable and the atmosphere made it easy to settle in. A special thanks to Bavya, she was very supportive, approachable, and always helpful whenever needed. That made the stay much more pleasant. The rooms were cleaned every day, which I really appreciated because everything stayed neat and comfortable. Food was served hot and fresh every time. I’d give it an 8/10. My only suggestion would be to have food available throughout the day too — that would make the experience even better. Overall, I had a really good experience and would happily recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay at sambramaa. I was there for about 6 months had no problems whatsoever. Ameneties like wifi, washing machine available.2 sharing and single rooms. Had a nice roommate as well. Owner is very kind man. Metro and BMTC very near by. Definitely go for it if you're looking for good pg in the area.
