I stayed in this PG for two months when the PG was very new and here is my experience. Short answer - Run way, not good. Even though this PG has 4 ratings overall now, beware it is from the owner's friends and families. Everyone who has reviewed it is a 'Reddy'. The owner's name is Sidda Reddy, so their reviews are not genuine. 1. Security - 1/5 There were three robberings in one month. Someone entered the bathroom from balcony during the night and stole all the electronics. Even though they had CCTV cameras, it was not working properly (data saving issue). The first floor is surrounded by walkway around the whole balcony and that is the main reason for these robberies. 2. Food - 1/5 Their specials are good. Nothing else. They use a lot of soda in the food and their whole attitude towards 'vegeterians' is just 'THEY DONT EXIST HERE'. No specials for them on either Wednesday or Sunday. The owner will say that he will give something but it will be just once a month. Each and every dish has the same flavour, everything is just sour. The worst thing is that they don't allow anyone to have more than 4 chapatis in one meal which wasn't necessarily a bad thing for me because I wasn't

Unbiased review: 1) 1st Pros: Lift,5 washing machines,abandoned water,spacious well painted rooms with cupboard,nature of owner Mr.Siddha is good, Is in prime location. 2) Cons: Lot of caustic soda in food, no cleanliness in kitchen_ Mouse shit in window of kitchen, Everyday Only rice in Lunch,No maintenance of RO's( done maintenance after complaint),Manager is arrogant as Siddha Anna is not sitting in this P.G. so complaints are overlooked by Manager, only cash payment accepted, clothes and utensils of tenants are stolen, dirty freeze on 2nd floor, from 5k deposit, 2k will not be given which is usual in Bengaluru, If you leave in emergency:deposit 5k will not be given back. Overall experience was average but not upto the mark. To be frank, Though they taken money 13k for twin sharing,I think its at higher side compared to food quality and above points. But some facilities and nature of owner was good. Overall 2/5. Thanks.

Good rooms and cleanly kept floors, and toilets. Good security and proximity to college and shops. Food and security is manageable but not the best. Very small rooms for 3 sharing and it becomes extremely small for 4 sharing. 2 sharing is best for room size, but it is very expensive. It is fine to stay for a while.
