“I had booked a room on december and i had paid as per the owners the booking fees and when time came for me to shift the room along with my friends they were unable to provide me that particular room which i had payed for , so i chose to go to another pg and asked about my refund for the booking the owner did not comply with that. So before you hand over your harderned money for booking please do give it a tbought .”

“Honest Review After 1 Year of Stay I stayed in this PG for one year, and this is my genuine experience. 🍽️ Food: Breakfast was usually good 👍😊, but the dinner quality was below average ⚠️. A few times I even noticed insects in the vegetables, and once in the chickpeas while they prepared chole-bhature 🤮. The chicken quality was average, and the paneer often felt rubbery. One good thing is that an induction stove is available, so you can cook your own food if needed 👍. 🏠 Facilities: Wi-Fi: Super good — very high speed 👍😊 Power Backup: Available and reliable 👍 Cleaning: Good overall 👍😊 (but tenants should also maintain their own rooms) Water: Available all the time 👍, although the owner was often stressed because many residents wasted water ⚠️ Washing Machine: Available for use 👍 Gym: Some basic gym equipment is available 💪🏻👍 Environment: The PG is very calm and peaceful — a quiet place to stay 👍😊 🔐 Safety & Security: During my stay, some theft incidents also happened ⚠️, so please take care of your own belongings and do not leave valuables unattended. CCTV cameras are installed 👍, but still — chor toh chor hota hai na 🤣🤣 — so stay cautious. 👩💼 Owner / Careta”
