Horrible place to stay. They just take your money and dont provide even basic services like clean water or even a clean place to stay. The corridors are dirty and waste is not cleaned for days. I had to leave within 10 days of entering as the conditions were so bad. Please dont waste of your money at this place. And customer service is even worse. For any problems they ask you to raise concerns on an app they have and take days to even look into ot and even if they do look into a concern that would be after multiple reminders. Horrible place!!!!

Regret Choosing Stanza Living – Lost ₹40,000 for Poor Service I had a terrible experience with Stanza Living. They trapped me with a ₹30,000 lock-in period, and after adding rent and other charges, I’ve ended up facing a total loss of around ₹40,000. The reality didn’t match their flashy promises at all. The maintenance was poor, the facilities were substandard, and the food was consistently bad—unhygienic, repetitive, and often inedible. Despite the high costs, the quality of service was extremely disappointing. Customer support was unhelpful, and issues were rarely resolved on time. It felt like once they got the money, they stopped caring. I strongly warn others not to fall for the branding and advertisements. Stanza Living is not worth your money or peace of mind.

Absolutely frustrated with this place! When I moved in, they had no problem taking my advance payments immediately, promising all kinds of comforts and services. But after leaving, it’s been 50 days and I’m still fighting to get my security deposit back — it’s like begging for my own money! The experience has been mentally exhausting, and the so-called promises of comfort were just empty words. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you’re thinking of moving in, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Worst experience ever please don’t renew for a year it’s a trap. Kitchen plates hygiene below standard. It’s been 6 months my transfer from nome to serov house is still not completed from January in the app and they charged me water bill. Pathetic NOME home service. RC won’t answer your call. If you want to find a place to stay please go to Serov house Atleast they won’t cheat you.

This is not a proper home—it feels more like a place for mosquitoes. The hygiene and living conditions are very poor. There are constant shortages in the food menu. Basic items like veg salad are often unavailable, and even tea and coffee powder run out frequently. Food is sometimes brought from another location, causing delays and making residents wait unnecessarily. Although the rent initially seems low, the additional charges make it quite expensive overall. Moreover, the washing machine is damaged and does not clean clothes properly, which adds to the inconvenience.
