If Google give option of zero star I'll give zero star. Worst service, food & room. No room service, aggressive staffs(they don't have manners how to talk)and if you report some issues they are not even responding . Common washrooms (like public toilets) and last thing for all these premium service they charged like hotel's room. And one more thing don't trust google review, they're internal team posted all these 5 star rated review.
