Paid full rent for Jan 2026 and this PG welfare association done rules that Sankranti holiday - PG kitchen closure for complete 3 days, is this really correct? If you want to do such rules why can't you ask PG owners to refund some amount and tried to contact given helpline number/email and details but unable to connect

Poor maintenance, simply they forcefully banned to provide food in PG on Jan 14,15&16. What is this nonsense business? Our parents are thinking our childrens are safely there banglore PG. But Banglore paying guest accommodation welfare banned 3 continuous day food in PG. I will pray to God this karma will return to your family also with in short period of time

My experience with the PG association has been extremely disappointing. Instead of acting as a neutral body that protects tenant interests, it appears to consistently favor PG owners. Tenant concerns are often dismissed or not taken seriously, giving the impression that tenant welfare is not a priority. Even in basic matters like food availability, when PGs fail to provide proper meals, there is no effort from the association to ensure alternatives or accountability. This shows a lack of responsibility toward tenants. There is also a lack of transparency in rent-related matters. In my case, the PG owner (MP Reddy from Indian Coliving) refused to provide PAN details, which created difficulties for HRA, yet the association did not take any action or offer support. He himself said he will get issues for tax if he gives me his PAN. Looting people day night.

I am writing to formally write a complaint against the management of Shwekaa PG regarding repeated harassment and unfair practices. The owner claims that she has already taken advance payment from the other tenants for my current room. This issue is internal to management and should not be imposed on existing residents. The repeated pressure to vacate the room is causing unnecessary stress and discomfort affecting my peace of living. I hope appropriate action will be taken to prevent such issues and ensure fair treatment of residents.

This PG association is honestly useless for tenants — it exists only to protect owners and make them richer, nothing else. Very egoistic people, won't take reviews to improve themselves. If a tenant tries to calmly discuss any issue, instead of resolving it professionally, the owner (Indian Coliving PG Nagawara owner Reddy) starts shouting. I’ve personally been yelled at in the common hall, in front of everyone, as if I’ve done something wrong just for raising a concern. He behaves as if I’m staying here for free and he’s doing me a favor by letting me stay — which is completely unacceptable. I have paid my rent on time. This kind of behavior is not justified in any way. I’ve been told things like “people like you leave every 2 months” — when I’ve been staying here for over a year. There’s zero respect, zero listening. According to him, he is always right and tenants are always wrong. And if you question anything, he hides behind statements like “I was in the army, I am a very true person” — as if that excuses this behavior. Let me be very clear — this is NOT my first PG. I’ve lived in multiple PGs over the last 3 years, and this is by far the worst experience in terms of attitu

This association only works in favour of PG owners, not the tenants. No checks on PG food quality or food storage area. No FSSAI (using palmolein oil for cooking)guidelines are followed in most of the PG's. No action is taken ever. But whenever there there is Sankranti holiday or LPG shortage, it will instantly send the notice, that to all decisions are in favour of PG owners. No reduction in rent, or arrangement for tenants. Anytime they will cut electricity, cut wayer supply and maintenance check of water tanker.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am currently staying at Danasavi Girls PG, Channasandra. Recently, due to the present gas issue, a notice has been given to all PGs to stop cooking food items like dosa and idli. However, in our PG there is no proper cooking facility now. Mrg and afternoon 2times same only upma or very limited food is being prepared. Apart from that, no other meals are provided. Even though the food service is reduced, we are still paying the full rent amount. If such rules are implemented, PG owners should be instructed to reduce the rent or provide an alternative arrangement for proper food. Before issuing such notices, please consider the situation of middle-class people like us. Buying food outside every day costs around ₹60 or more for one meal, which is difficult for us to manage regularly. Therefore, I kindly request the Paying Guest Accommodations Welfare Association to please look into this issue and take necessary action. Thank you for your understanding.
