“Terrible experience! I had booked for Sunday lunch a week in advance for a special occasion in the family. A day before the visit the restaurant manager even called to discuss about the food options. A couple of hours later I get a call saying that they cant accomodate us as some other party has increased their table bookings. This was unexpected from a name like Marriott. They should understand customer service should be valued above anything in hospitality. Would suggest not to waste time or energy on this pretentious place.”

“Very small courtyard and too many people. Pool is small no great activities. No great spread on breakfast buffet it’s normal & again it’s small & too many people. The hotel can do better in Pets - I felt it was not friendly environment for pets and humans together Service is not up to mark - not Marriott’s level at hotel & resort… zero value for money…”

“I was disappointed with my experience here, as it fell short of expectations. Delayed Check-In: My check-in, scheduled for 3 PM, was delayed by two hours, and I couldn't access my room until 5 PM, which was inconvenient. Limited Dining Options: The lunch and dinner menus offered very limited choices, and the food quality was mediocre at best. Room Conditions: The room was not up to standard. The carpet under the bed was stained and appeared unclean, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool, which was highly uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.”

Fredde_me★★★★★Where do I begin? We stayed one night with friends to enjoy the beautiful surroundings near Nande Hills. The rooms were nice, and the service in the restaurant was good. Unfortunately, everything else – especially the service at the reception and the cleanliness – fell well below expectations. The reception staff was not up to five-star standards; their service was more in line with a three-star hotel. The pool area was dirty, with crumbs on the ground and around the pool bar. By our sunbeds, there was leftover trash and dishes from previous guests that remained there all day without being cleared. We were informed at check-in that we could check out at 3 PM. However, the next day when we came to the reception before an excursion, we were suddenly told that checkout was at 12 PM. One of our friends was sick in the room, likely due to something he ate the night before – the Caesar salad was the only thing he had that the rest of us didn’t. Despite this, the staff called the room insisting we check out at noon. Eventually, we were told we could stay until 3 PM as originally agreed, but by then we had already cut short our local plans. Additionally, dirty dishes and leftover food w

Joy DSilva★★★★★This is place has the worst food. The restaurant is called Tera. We were there on Wednesday August 27th for lunch. The chicken soup was like porridge, the fish fry smelt raw & fry & mutton curry was bland. The place is lovely but they food totally lets you down. The place is really good & well maintained.

Nishanth K S★★★★★Our AC controls don't work at all and AC doesn't even switch off. We went in winters and our room was freezing cold, we couldn't sleep at all. You don't expect this basic things to fail when you pay Rs.33k per night. We wanted to play pickleball, there is no one to give us bat and ball, when we go to reception and recreation area, they told will send someone to court but no ones arrives even after 30 min waiting. Pathetic service. Add to this, there was a wedding ceremony and too much crowd. Felt like we are in some city resort but we wanted to have a relaxing holiday away bustling city. Either they should charge 10k per night as per their current service or have to improve a lot to match their current price. Till then I would say avoid this place at all cost. You will regret it.

Abhishek R★★★★★So called 5 star facility. I visited this place for the anniversary. The location of the facility is very good, but that's where it ends, the service is bad than 1 star place. Here are few things which happened to us: 1. I booked the site from their own website(marriot), I got a package with few complimentary things. They didn't bother about it, I followed up with then multiple times and got no response for 4 hours. Eventually, I have to call customer care, interesting customer care call was not picked up by the reception after 30 mins of trying. I had to walk to the front desk and hand over my phone. Finally, they offered me the package but so much of my time is gone that I couldn't utilize the activities. I had few beers free as well which they told me will be delivered to my room but surprise surprise I didn't get that as well. So I have to go restaurant eventually to ask for it. 2. I was locked out of my room because the key is not working which took them again hours to get me a new key. 3. It was my Anniversary so I ask to get me a cake at midnight. Even though they have a dedicated bakery they told that I should have given 24 hours notice to get a cake. This request was made

Avinash Bharadwaj★★★★★I recently stayed at Mulberry Shades Resort with my wife and 1-year-old baby, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share our disappointing encounter in the hope that it could help others make an informed decision when considering this property. From the moment we arrived, we encountered issues that marred our stay. The service at the resort left much to be desired, resembling more of a nightmare than a relaxing getaway. Our first encounter with the restaurant set the tone for the rest of our stay. After checking in, we were left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time before even being offered a table. The tables themselves were noticeably unclean, and the food we were served lacked both presentation and taste, with portion sizes that were barely noticeable. This initial disappointment was further compounded by the fact that we had requested a floor bed during check-in, which took a staggering four follow-ups to be provided. Hoping to improve our experience, we approached the front desk to share our concerns. While the staff apologized and promised to fix things, it did not happen. We had ordered dinner into our room and the naan was

Syed N★★★★★We went mulburry shades with lots of expectations…We Stayed for a day on a weekday expecting good relaxing time. We tried booking in online but some issue it didn’t happened so went directly at 4 pm and booked a room and it was raining so they took one hour to arrange a room then after that they gave a room which is stinking with dog smell and we couldn’t sit not even a minute inside again they have changed a room finally at 6.30 pm… later in the new room night water pressure was very less and also bees in washroom … night was disappointing due to low water and bee sound in washroom… dinner and breakfast is ok not so great… Overall I would say not worth to spend 30k for one day when you don’t get that expected service for star category hotel. I really felt not worth of star hotel…

Prateek Srivastava★★★★★I went to Terra which is their restaurant and this place is obnoxiously expensive. I mean there is no justification to the price. I ordered Tawa Fish - costed 990 and had just two pieces, pasta costed 750, not enough for a quantity of one. 5 stars should really understand that people when spending so much money at-least deserves satisfactory food quantity against the price. Food is good, but if you ask me if it’s worth it, absolutely NO!

Am C★★★★★Thank goodness I did not get to stay here. We called up Shewata to help us with a room booking. We have a 9 month baby and we requested permission to bring a bottle steriliser and he refused to book the room . Apparently we need to give bottles to the room service and they would sterilise. We can actually carried the steriliser to Maldives. Pathetic support staff. Shewata and her manager could do well taking a lesson or 2hospitality especially if they want customers who have babies and not just bachelors

Ujval★★★★★To start off property was nice with great rooms and good spread of food...and nice place to relax with nice view of Nandi hills. But poor behaviour from staff from Marriott was least expected, on top of that their management is least bothered and take you for a ride. Now for the bad part the Chef Aravindh is the most discourteous person, he was sifting through my items and while asking him for the reason, he is like "who the hell are you?" and "why do you care"...not sure who gave him the right to touch our belongings and why would a chef need to do that .Least helpful and was very painful to spoil the weekend to say the least. When it was brought to Yasir the front desk managers notice he mentioned he will look into it and get back , but yet to hear back. Looks like they just do for the sake of it. Which is least expected from a so called luxury resort.
