Not hygiene, No maintenance of machines, No proper cleaning, I stayed in this pg for 3 months and left with worst experience by owner behaviour. She kept all my advance amount and I paid extra 3k for staying 5 days. After all not suitable for hygiene people.

Absolutely terrible experience at Sri Komal Deluxe Luxury PG. This place is highly discriminatory towards North Indians, and the behavior of the management is completely unacceptable. My mother had come to stay with me, and despite me paying daily charges for her stay, she was harassed constantly by the elderly lady managing the PG. It got so bad that she was brought to tears multiple times. This kind of treatment is inhumane and completely unprofessional. The food situation is even worse. There is no proper meal planning or basic nutritional standard. Most of the time, they serve only rice—three times a day. Breakfast is usually just Maggi or macaroni, and dinner is often nothing more than plain Maggi. If you try to take something as basic as an extra egg, they strictly restrict it and create unnecessary issues over it. This place does not provide even the most basic living standards. The food quality is extremely poor and can seriously affect your health over time. The environment is hostile, unwelcoming, and stressful. I would strongly advise against staying here. Extremely bad management, extremely poor facilities, and absolutely not worth your money.

Staying at Sir Komal PG feels like being part of a family. The food is cooked with love by Jaanu Akka and tastes exactly like home food. The PG is always clean, the owners take care of every need, and security is well-managed. I’m really happy staying here and would rate it 5/5!
