We stayed here for new year's 2026 and it was a disappointing experience. We were hoping for a serene getaway from the city hustle so booked this place even though it cost high. But once we went there there was construction happening. It was very dusty and we couldn't open the windows at all. The service was more or less non-existent. There was a New Year's party which again we weren't informed, we wanted a quiet getaway. The room was okay but overall would not recommend this place.

We have been to this place as part of new year party,but sad part is that when party was hosted, vegitarian options were not considered at all.Veg Snacks which got served to people was very limited in number. Just cool drinks were there for vegetarians. No food was served till 10.30pm,it was like making best profit of money which party attendants paid.

However, it is not suitable for marriage or reception functions because the road leading to the property is very narrow and often gets blocked. Also, since the place is very open, it may not be comfortable for daytime events. Really Beautiful property at the bay side of the Mattu Beach! Attended a wedding function here and absolutely loved the vibe of the place. The decoration added to the beauty of the resort. It is very inside from the main road and you can reach by using Google maps. The road is approachable and the resort has ample of parking space. Could not see this beauty at the day time but I am sure this is beautiful.

Its was a very good 🙏xperience with UDBHAV VINTAGE. The resort, rooms, and service are good. It gives us a vintage feeling. After a long drive, you will be in a very remote place, where you can hear peacock sounds, birds chirping, coconut trees sound in humid air. The location is a little remote, but you can experience back water vibes. The resort still needs to improve. The resort has an environment which is very natural. But that needs to be used properly.

Just go for it! What makes it worth it... • Dogs and cats all around the property. • The staff is really helping. • The serenity of the backwaters and coconut trees. • If one loves ecology, there are plenty of large sized shells and crabs all around the shore and also some under the path tiles. • Muttu and Malpe beach are really closeby. Some things not to disregard aswell: • The roads leading to the property are poorly made and even local rickshaw walas find it hard to navigate through the dozens of puddles during jul-sept. • Wi-fi facility not there. • Food availablity around is low (even though the staff cooks for you, you don't really have much options for other types of food) • The rooms are a bit too dim(lights). OVERALL if one loves the serenity of the nature, you won't regret this stay.
