I booked this place in advance and reached the spot at midnight as discussed earlier and I was asked to transfer two kms apart from another location with my family and 2yrs old kid and the room was not at all the same as where I was booked. The manager said all standard rooms are the same so he asked me to take what they've shown. I will not recommend this place at all. One guy called me earlier that day and asked me to pay in advance if I was not paid, room will not be guaranteed, however booking.com clearly mentioned to pay only at the property. Totally not satisfied and felt helpless during that night. And regarding the quality of the room it is not clean, the cot has a cracked noise pillow and sheets are not clean, photos from Google and actual are very different.

Very very bad experience with the stay here, Air conditioner not working, no hot water, bed was not clean, didn't even changed pillow covers and bedsheets. Not at all safe for family, these were PG rooms and family can't stay here since there was lot noise from adjacent room bachelors, only bachelor's that too only boys can stay here if they want and not at all safe for families and single or group of women bachelor's. Owner and support staff at this location was not at all responsibile, Google photos of rooms looks good but there was completely different from actual, also rooms were located far from main station. So avoid staying here, better search for other options.

Location is calm & peaceful just within the city for a perfect stay in Mysore. The hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to very helpful staff. Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)
