“Initially every thing was fine . Now from last 14 aug 2024 no hot water. And washing machines will not work always. Sometimes morning after going to toilet you find that no water.....cockroaches ...no maintenance. Stick to this place because it's very near to busstand ,market ,mall....taking rent in advance.camt leave in between. Also you will loose your deposit of 4k..”

“I've been staying at this PG since 2021, and the quality has been deteriorating drastically, especially in recent months. Maintenance is virtually non-existent. Despite constant promises of repairs, the PG owner does nothing to address the issues. It's as if they are planning to shut down this place. 1. Broken Wash Basin: The wash basin on my floor has been broken since December 2022. They received funds to fix it long ago, yet it remains in disrepair. 2. Water Leakage:There has been persistent water leakage for over a month now, making the living conditions unbearable. 3. Broken Washroom Door Latches: Multiple washroom door latches have been broken for three months, compromising privacy and security. 4. Water Leakage in Rooms: Water leaks inside the rooms from random places, creating a damp and unhealthy environment. 5. Terrible Food Quality:The food quality is generally abysmal. On rare occasions when the food is decent, it's often accompanied by cockroaches. Even these occurrences of decent food have become rare. The overall neglect and lack of basic maintenance make living here extremely frustrating and unhealthy. I would not recommend this PG to anyone. ---”

Recently we have found a caterpillar in the food and everyday in the dining area during night you’ll find rat playing around . The bathroom doors are not proper Out of 4 only 3 are functional in that also only 2 have the toilet seats . Apart from this the facilities provided here are not appropriate no particular timing of hot water ,irregularities in cleaning the room once in every 2weeks. Last but not the least the TV is not provided in the dining area despite of all these services being mentioned in the pg board.

Owner is this Pg always speak abusive language and he behaves such a pathetic with boys. He is very arrogant pathetic person. He used to toucher for rent when he feels short of money in the pocket. His son is a top level drunker he too very often visit to pg and he will asks money from you. He doesn't care about service..look at the room and bathroom in the picture. Bathroom without seat. Food is very unhygienic with Cockroach 🪳. You can find 🪳 very early in your 🍽 🍛 plate. Bathroom is very unhygienic. Once in a week cleaning happens.

Harsh Jain★★★★★There so many bed bugs where you cant even imagine. The owner is doing nothing for the bed bugs to get rid off... There are rats also. And food's condition if worse... Better do not join this pg because deposition is Rs.7000, if u stay for 5 months then he'll pay you back Rs.3500 . If u wont stay more than 3 months he wont give a single penny of deposition... My opinion is join some other pg or take some rental flats

prateek Jain★★★★★I was there in this Pg for about 3.5 months- Starting with Demerits- 1) Wifi comes every alternate month 2) There is no Hot water from last 2.5 months ( Don't believe warden..he might be lying...ask anyone in Pg before joining) 3) Food is just average 4) No proper place for Parking 5) Warden doesn't respond properly 6) Rooms are unhygienic. Merits- 1) Minimal Cost 2) You get both North & South Indian Food Conclusion- Join this Pg if you're coming to Bangalore for less time like 2 or 3 months. You will end up changing the Pg if you want to live for longer time.

Cant even think to go back to that hell place. And doesnt matter how hard you'll try you wont get your deposit back for atleast 1-2 years.
