“Worst experience. It's is not at all a family place. Rooms are considerably big but dirty toilets, no cleaning and has very bad smell. This place is next to the bar hence people who smoke will leave a smoky ambience with a smell so with family it is very inconvenient as they have a glass door next to staircase opening to bar. It is not a place recommended for staying even for one night. Additionally There is no Set top box for TV, No Water in the Room, No Food Available, No Toiletries, Dusty Ambience with smelly rooms. Overall I don't recommend this place to anyone.”

“Firstly i am giving one star because of 2 person. 1. Mr Sanju and 2. Mr. Suresh. Both are very young age (Around 22 to 25) and the way they treat the customer is next level. But.... their in-charge Mr. Arun is very pathetic , unprofessional, and the way he talks trash with the customer especially with ladies is very rude and not at all acceptable. Story: I booked the stay in this hotel from Make My Trip Hotel on 01.08.2023. Stay was on 03.09.2023 2 PM to 04.09.2023 till 12 PM. But during booking I made a special request for early check-in as we are having a 9 month baby to feed her food and milk. Make My Trip team also tried to reach their hotel owner several time to inform on our early check in request but the call was not answered. But Mr. Arun is not ready to allow us for check-in even after he received the confirmation call from Make My Trip agent Mr. Nithin. Mr. Arun was very adamant that he wants us to speak with his hotel owner. Post owner confirmation he will allow us for check in. I mean why we need to call to his owner when all the confirmation given by Make My Trip Team from where we booked the stay? However, We made him to call his owner after a long debate but the v”

“There were four immature, highly unprofessional, and childish individuals at the reception. I requested a family room, and one of them initially said it was available and asked us to wait to see it. After 5–10 minutes of waiting and following up, another person suddenly claimed that no rooms were available. However, rooms were still showing as available on MakeMyTrip. When I showed them this, they changed their excuse and said there was no running water in the room. It was clear they were just making excuses. I then asked for the owner's contact number so I could speak directly, but they refused to provide it.”

Prince Jose★★★★★Stayed here. Such a waste of hotel. Not at all suitable for family.Total unhygienic. Seems they never cleaned the room before. The towel was black in color. Bedsheet with full of curry stains. Room and Toilet create a vomiting feeling. Please stay away. Though they charge 2k+ for a day, in-room no water, not even a glass they provide to drink water. It's good for drunkards after heavy drinking doesn’t bother about cleanliness just sleep and vomit. Good for that purpose only.

Sri Krishna R J★★★★★I booked rooms based on reviews but had very worst experience Booked 5 rooms but got 4 in which one was having two double beds which was called suit room giving xyz reasons Given two rooms on 3rd floor which was night mare rooms, they have charged a.c. rate where a.c. itself was not working- since it was top floor due to weather complete room was too hot and so much sophisticated with fan air and we could not sleep properly. Even though telling in person to get the remote who dint even turned back and there was not even Intercom to complain even though tried from mobile they dint even bother to answer the call - scren shot attached No intercom No hanger to keep cloths No a.c. Dinesh Stephen★★★★★One of the worst experiences you can have during a long journey. The waiters don't have a clue about what's available and not nor can they communicate. The cashier also doubles up as an order taker and server and bore the brunt of every complaint from all corners. Had to wait for 15 minutes to have our hero take the order and when it came to our utmost horror it was half cooked. Looks like a good restaurant from the outside, but don't judge a book by its cover.

One south indian meal costs 110 plus 5% GST which is not worth paying for the meal they serve. The meals consists of one chapathi one bowl of rice approx 250gms along with sambar Kurma dry vegetables papad curd and payasam. The quality of rice is of low quality which might cost around 30-40 per kg and vegetables which they server are like also not good and the taste is so bad that one might feel not to have the food. Overall very bad service and quality of food. Please think before going to this place.

Sriharsha H.R★★★★★Visited recently and the bed sheets were all stained had to forcefully get them changed but the ones they changed had all ants. It’s just a night mare to stay and also the toilets were bad. It’s not a place to stay with family as BAR is just next to it and bad crowd.

Hotel people are not responding properly for anything... No drinking water not even in a jug or not provided glasses... bedsheet didn't change while check in... Pillow covers are dirty ... While asking he is saying no pillow covers.. towel for two guests only one... No breakfast ...i have not paid a small amount for the hotel . I have booked from makemytrip... Just hell my money wasted. If it is 500/- pernight room than also people can understand but really worst

Excel Consultancy★★★★★Not suitable for all. Approach of serving is very poor and very lethargic. Only you have to eat what they have. But menu will show many items. Parking and sitting place is good but the way the take orders and serve.
