Very bad place to stay. I am staying here for 6 months now. Raised 9 tickets until now for various issues. Prespostrous Food, No Hygiene. Every now and then there is some problem and solving one problem they take 3-5 days to resolve. Lift fails you need climb 6 storeys and down. Very very bad experience. Not worth it. Too expensive for the quality of service.

Avoid at All Costs! Horrible Experience with Zolo My stay at this property was an absolute nightmare from start to finish! The management is a joke and completely unprofessional. Here’s a breakdown of the issues I faced: Terrible Food & Service: The food is tasteless and the portions are ridiculously small. When I asked for more, they charge me and I have pay on spot through UPI, kitchen timings is not followed when I tried to complain they only gave me attitude and refused. Terrible customer service! Broken Elevator: The elevator was out of order almost every other day, leaving everyone to deal with the inconvenience of climbing multiple floors. Very frustrating! Exit Process is a Scam: This was the worst part. When it came time to leave, the property had some insane policies and all policy will cater as per their need they will refused to show any documentation. They refused to return my deposit, even though I gave proper notice. Instead, they charged me for an entire additional month of rent, plus extra for water and electricity. The support team was useless and unresponsive, and the property manager took forever to give the "exit code" to complete the process. No Help from

it was a pretty disappointing experience as the zolo property was trash, for the longest time there were only 2 operational inductions when there were 7-8 wanting to cook,there was no water pressure to wash hands or shower and the lift of my block was not working for 1.5 months. Only good thing was the people there working hard to keep the place clean nobody other than them were nice. THE FOOD IS SUPER TRASH LIKE THEY USE THE WORST RATIONED RICE THEY CAN FIND, they only make aloo for veggies and the food was always limited. Mattress was in such bad conditions I could puke to the site of it. guys there are way better options around

I had a terrible experience with the manager at Zolo Estonia. I requested an extra two hours to check out because I had an urgent meeting, but the manager was incredibly rude and refused to accommodate me. He claimed someone else was coming, but it turned out to be a lie. No one showed up. The manager showed no understanding or professionalism. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience!

Never ever even think of staying here. Lots of hidden charges, lifts don't work 1.You will surely find 100 times better and cheaper rooms nearby. 2. Cockroach everywhere. 3. Ground floor stinks. 4. You will always get hot water from all taps. 5. You cant even walk in room they are not even worth 10k. And they are charging 20+ 6. Don't waste your time and hard earned money.

Zolo has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. It used to be Nine-living PG before Zolo took over the management. And ever since, it has been nothing but a horrible experience so much that almost all of the tenants have decided to leave this place by the end of this month. In fact, we have been forced to do so. They asked us to vacate our current rooms and shift to much smaller rooms in Block B and C saying that they're starting some maintenance work in Block A. When we inquired if we'll be getting the same room in Block A once the maintenance work is over, they said they don't guarantee it and if we want, we can leave the PG. They were quite rude about it. For the tenants, the notice period is 30 days, however, seems like there's no such thing for the management as they asked us to shift to another block within 2-3 days. In fact, they asked me to shift right away. The wifi connection sucks here. You never know when the water supply will stop. They are so paranoid about their ratings that they even ask the food delivery guys to leave 5-star rating on the website. If you want a peaceful and hassle-free experience, I can assure you this is definitely not the place to s

Terrible place to stay. Just assume i have given zero star instead of one. All the 5 and 4 star reviews you see here are given by their staff, housekeepers, and random people. Rent is high, and they add GST to everything: EB + GST, rent + GST, even the water bill + GST. Food is mandatory; you can't opt out. Even after showing them my health issues with a proper report stating I can only eat specific foods, they still chose to make money instead of considering the customer's health. The staffs are very rude, even customer service.This is not a good place to stay with such high rent, small rooms, and so many issues. Also, even after paying for food, they'll charge for lunch on weekends. The WiFi doesn't work most of the time. I will never recommend this PG to anyone. You never know when they'll increase rent, and who knows in the future, they might say you can't leave this place; it's mandatory to clean your room on your own , and for that also they'll charge with GST. 😂
