No offense to the PG owner, but honestly my opinion. Kindly read everything, it may help. As the name says 'luxury' , 12k / month + 5k advance. TOO much HIGH PRICE. Later I read others opinion that owner is greedy for money. Some people who stayed earlier told me that he won't return advance money. Speaks improperly. That's too nasty. Room is average, few rooms are not spacious & Bed/cot/pillows are below average, covers/bedsheet we hv to bring our own. Lift closes @ 9.30PM, too early. If you stay per day with food 700, without 600. Food is good. Internet speed not up to the mark.

😡The PG food is really bad. They keep serving leftover rice and curries. The rice is always hard and tasteless, and the curry tastes rotten. The owner doesn’t care about the tenants’ health. if you complaint to them they doest care at all and PLEASE DONT JOIN AND SPOIL YOUR HEALTH

Do not join this PG. Owner is greedy and selfish. He charges extra amount for using Iron box. He never returns advance back. He uses bad language with students. Worst food is provided here. Many times owner keeps the left over rice, curry/sambar from afternoon for night dinner. Does not cook hot food. He looks and speaks very humble but suresh(owner) is very cunning guy.

Worst PG ever. Owner is a greedy person. Never return backs the deposit. Do not trust PG owner. His wife is also a cunning women. They don't provide good food. They keep only curry or dal or sambar, Only one out of three they provide for lunch. As i said, PG owner is a greedy person, he sometimes wantedly turns off the lift and says its under maintaince just to save few bucks on electricity. How can he expect people to go 4 floors up without lift?. Do not Join this PG. Joining this PG is like you are signing up for getting scammed. Join some other PG like stanza which has better food than here.

Worst PG to live. I do not recommend staying here. Food is not good. Owner keeps only one curry/dal/sambar. He doesn't keep curd. Chapatis are like papads and not even proper curry is kept for chapati. Do not join this PG

PG owner is greedy person. will overcharge you when vacating rooms. I paid 2000 rupees maintenance charges, and he asked me to pay 1000 rupees more. for some illegitimate reason. Didn't like PG policy. Don't recommend. Find another PG.
