My review got a response from the owner that my two-word review is 'gross, ridiculous, appalling' and the owner also shaming me for 'not researching enough to their heart's content about the hotel room prices in this town'. They always say something is not working if you ask them. My experience is we asked extra bed they said they just finished and in morning we asked soap they said it got just finished. And then we asked to turn on the elevator they said they have lower voltage. All these things happened for one day stay. There are bit more examples on that day. This is one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

Worst. Don't say that we left our bag on road, it's was in your parking area where you kept parking board and let us to park our vehicle(where there is non working CC TV all of sudden !! lol). We sent 4 enquiries with in 3 hours, all we were told was dint found anything, did not do basic staff enquiry (is it what your customer satisfaction mean)? And your staff keeps our bag entire day and returns it next day(what was the purpose?), Is it what your way of saying our staff is very generous to us?. No customer satisfaction at all. Very irresponsible management. Exactly that's what I meant to say. Your security staff don't know how to report lost-found items, receptionist don't know how to do basic staff enquiry when someone reported something is lost and nobody knows you are maintaing non working cctv. And you are not bothered about any of these. But I don't understand what is your meaning of customer satisfaction????

No responsible to your valuables.Your jewelleries will be stolen. Its not outside hotel, its your parking lot. Don't you maintain gaurds and exactly where ccv TV don't work all of sudden. Don't make cooked up stories. Receptionist are very arrogant and not letting to get in contact with owner, saying do what ever you want.
