“We are reserved room one week advance stayed. I stayed with family two children. During the check out receptionist charged extra person rent added without any providing extra bed. In this regard we asked hotel has not provided any extra beds , but he is argued with us and asking extra payment. We are paid, but this unfair, without providing extra bed, asking money”

“I stayed here for one night expecting a decent experience since the property is listed as a 3-star hotel, but the reality was completely different. I honestly don’t understand on what basis this place is rated 3 stars. The room was in very poor condition with visible mold on the walls. There were around 6–8 cockroach repellent tablets were kept inside the room, causing a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay. Basic maintenance seems to be completely neglected. The furniture was damaged, including a broken chair in the room, and even the bedside lamps were not working. The AC was dusty and barely cooling. There was also no Wi-Fi available in the room. Even simple room service was extremely slow - a single order of tea took more than 45 minutes and required multiple reminder calls. The photos online appear to be from the time the property was inaugurated. Unfortunately, the current condition of the hotel is nowhere close to what is shown in those pictures. It feels like there has been little to no maintenance after opening. I strongly recommend travelers not to rely on the photos while booking this place.”

Bhargavi Raut★★★★★Worst hotel to have ever stayed. Please do not at all go on the photos. If you are lucky enough to read this review, consider not staying here. Full fungus pillows and WALLS, no power in flush. Had to replace the bedsheets pillow covers by our own . Irresponsible irresponsive staff, asked us to adjust when told about the room conditions. The receptionist got angry when told about the un maintained rooms. Rooms were full of cockroaches. I regret spending a night here.

I had stayed here multiple times but this time they pathetic and hopeless staff. They cut the phone. What happens to tourist they make travel plans by beliving such useless staff. Sorry to say but they are mannerless also

To my utter surprise the person in the reception was extremely rude and not willing to negotiate the price as I was visiting with a large family. He just showed the tariff card and insisted on the rates. |Extremely unprofessional and pathetic attitude. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
