I lived here for an year. Not even one thing here is satisfying. Recently I complained about the food with owners, she directly yelled at me and forced me to vacate the pg. She literally closes the door and yells at student if they complain about any things. And when I complained about the food she threatened me that she wouldn't let me live in nitte and will try giving worse treatment and food. She had the audacity to raise her voice at me when I simply pointed out the issues that she was responsible for. I don't know wt does she expects , us to eat spoiled food! Rather than accepting feedback, she responds with arrogance, threats, and disrespect. No student should have to face such treatment simply for raising a genuine concern.

I would rate the room 3/5. Cleanliness is not maintained regularly, and the food quality and quantity are disappointing. Food often runs out before the official serving time, and alternatives are not always provided. They say that they give you non veg thrice a week but they literally give you so small chicken pieces and fish. And the other day they gave chips for the veg people and hardly three pieces of ghobi. They didn't make any kind of official agreement in the joining and they will add up their own rules. Complaints are rarely taken seriously. There are many more issues, but I feel this is enough for anyone considering this place to look at better options before making a decision.
