This would be the last pg you could take. The owner scammed us so bad and put 4 of us in a tiny room for 22k. She promised us washing machine, fridge and alot of other stuffs and gave us nothing. The room wasn't even furnished. Plus, absolutely no privacy at all. She would just randomly come inside the room without even knocking. The food is also bad. Strongly not recommended.

One of the worst pg in mysore i think so. No proper maintenance even the food is also not good. I strongly recommend people not choose this pg. If there is any good review about this pg then it is only due to pg owner force they might have written good comments that's it.She personally request that students to right good comments. There is no good facilities. Pg owner will have reason for everything. There is generator which she wont on even if the current is not there. Washing machine is there which wont work properly washroom cleaning will be done once in a week or sometimes it wont be done.

I'm writing this review by just spending four months in this pg. Don't fall for the sweet words actually things are very different from the reality. Food is very common and rent which she is taking is very high as compared to what kind of food is provided. You have to continuously make arrangements for small small things. If something isn't working in your room and you go and had a talk to her she won't even give a damn you need to ask her 100 times. Many girls told me she won't give back deposit I haven't lefted yet but saw this case in one my room mates senario be aware of this and trust the reviews they aren't wrong.

Owern of the pg is so ill mannered . Talks awfully.there is no security guard .there is only one Cook who takes care of cleaning cooking and everything . nobody will be there at night except that one lady. She closes the door at 11 o clock. Cc camera is in owners phone she sometimes deletes the recording if something is wrong. It's very dangerous sometimes. People who come from different states please think before to take any decision. Worst experience

I have been in the pg for almost 1.5 yrs. pg building is good. It is overrated. Cubboard facility you may have to ask. Food might be good few days. Owner lady is not that friendly, always she wont knock the door and get inside- for me i didnt have any issue with her but for many other tenants there was issue on advance refund . Lift they will off till evening or noon. Compared to other pg’s building is good. If you are choosing the pg better ask her to provide whatever she agrees at the starting. Keep a distant relation on the owner. If you have any issues regarding your stay it might get long time to get it resolved. There is no proper waste management. In small room also owner stuck up around 5 people . If its 3 means it would be peaceful otherwise it was difficult . There is only 4 and 5 sharing. Of course she is money minded🙌.
