I didn't like the violent behaviour of the owner with the delivery guys beating them openly, snatching their mobile phones as if they're criminals. Mistakenly if any delivery guy tries to enter the pg, he is thrashed severely. Any issue can be resolved without fighting too. New Response after owner's reply: Dear PG Owner, I respect the rules and understand the security concerns associated with a Ladies PG, especially regarding the entry of delivery personnel. However, I would like to highlight a few important points: 1: Miscommunication and Response Time: On the said day, the delivery boy had been calling out for nearly 5 minutes from outside the gate. Unfortunately, no one came to respond. I was on call with him during this time and only after not getting any response did he step inside, merely to ask if anyone was available to collect the order. There was no intention of trespassing. 2:Use of Violence is Unjustified: Regardless of any rule violation, beating someone mercilessly is not just unconstitutional—it is inhuman and unlawful. Physical violence is never an acceptable solution, especially without even attempting to understand the situation. This isn’t the first incident

I stayed here for 7 months and the hospitality is very poor. Food gets over before 2 pm. Timely repairing is not done for taps and switches even though the owner themself ask in the whatsapp group. Internet gets disconnected without prior information so working from home gets difficult. Care taker doesnt open the door even though we inform them before in whatsapp group. Cleaning is very unhygenic, the mops are not even washed so after mopping the rooms stinks. On sundays they make biriyani and chicken so only 1-2 pcs are only allowed but partiallity happens to some openly. Wednesdays only 1 egg is given as per the rules but there are girls who do take more but nobody tells them anything. I am adding the reply . Instead of going personal on anyone and taking everything negatively please be productive. I dont damn care who is Ishika and how you screwed her but i am giving my pov to the executive pg and not to anyone personally. Secondly, i was occupied with my other priorites so i gave the feedback now. I didnot leave bc on dec 2024 , I stayed there 7 months and i have told n number of times to sujit but i never got any response. Also i have mentioned in whatsapp group about the f

"Not recommended at all" . JUST SEE THE REPLY BY THE OWNER YOU WILL GET TO KNOW WHAT TYPE OF A Person He Is And HOW He Talks. . GO INTO THIS PG AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!, 100% you will Regret. THE CARETAKER RECORDED MY VIDEOS Secretly. When you will complain to owner he will Talk to you so RUDELY. Many of my Friends left the Pg Beacuse of their Behavior. Even 1 star is too much for them. FOOD WILL BE THERE BUT THEY WILL SAY ITS FINISHED!!! If the food is not there he will say you cannot order also from outside After 10 PM. Just For "one day " I got late due to "Christmas Office Gathering " EVEN After I had notified in EVening ITSELF and they did not open the door for me Even though they were AWAKE. THE CARETAKER was Calling And Asking to OWNer " Should I Allow her or Not" At 12:30 NIGHT. Owner Clearly Denied To Let ME inside. I was all alone Then I called my friends They called the POLICe as they were misbehaving And the OWNER And his Family started FIGHTING with POLICE also.

1 star is also least for this pg.. Owner is not good..we have paid advance adue to some reason delay in shifting..but this owner not adjusted asking 6k to deposit once again no other pg will ask that much..It is not only with me..along with my friends also who had paid 6k full for them also..very annoying..Let it be..my hardly earned money has gone for this kind of pg's.. Will not recommend anyone..money minded Guy he is...

I also paid the advance amount due to some reason I was not able to come on the same month and the owner refused to refund the amount...also said we have to book from the first....This amount will not be considered..... Very worst behavior.... I'll not recommend this PG for anyone....

Worst owner, no hot water, for washing machine you have to pay extra, cleaning ladies they don't clean properly inside the room if you say it to owner he will say that not my problem, so arrogant I have stayed in 2 pg's before those were so good But this pg was worst, please don't go it's a trap One month prior you have to inform , the way owner speaks you don't feel like staying there Worst experience I had

Overall, I had a good experience staying at this PG. The food is tasty and hygienic, and cleaning is done every two days, which keeps the place neat and comfortable. The environment is safe and peaceful, and the management is supportive. I would definitely recommend this PG to others. Thank you!
