“Had visited this place for my relatives engagement. Hall is decent. The issue is with the rude staff. There's a small room next to the lunch hall. Since there were very less seating in the lunch hall, mothers with little kids (to feed them) and old people sat in that small room which had some chairs. One of the management guy came and asked to vacate (Not even ready to wait for few mins). It's not easy to stand and feed babies and little kids without being seated in a place.”

Ateeque Ahmed Ahmed★★★★★Hotel is very very particular about timings. Complimentary breakfast ends exactly at 9.30. If you go at 9.35, they strictly say NO and are adamant with their timings. They are more stricter than Japan railways or England govt with their timings. The blankets stink of urine, possibly of not being laundered after usage by previous occupants, or simply because they don’t know the concept of cleanliness or hospitality in general. Pathetic performance by the brand. Especially with avid travellers. Being myself from the hospitality industry, found the service below par despite them charging exorbitant amount.

Anukeerthana H B★★★★★I do not even want to rate them 1 star also. My baby’s naming ceremony was held in this hall. They charged us 17,500 but they made us to pay 20k in advance incase of breaking their rules. And they ensured to give 2,500 if we did not break any of their rules. We actually booked the hall for the lift facility and a/c hall but they failed to give us both of them. Lift was not working whole day and they switched on a/c once we entered the hall. It took almost an hour to cool. They mentioned 4 hours of time but the first 1 hour it was not cool only. My grandma who had leg pain couldn’t walk by stairs but attended the function because of lift but unfortunately it was not working. It was very inconvenient.There was no responsible person to enquire our needs also. In the beginning they asked us to pay 20k, which was more than their hall charge. Now can they pay us back more than what they assured for the inconvenience happened to us?

Amritha HB★★★★★Worst service... mainly the lift was off ....we booked a hall for baby cradle ....and din't even on the A/c ...Elder's and old people had to climb the step for 3 floor which was so difficult for thm ....they dint provide a good service ....it much be ur(mahaveer venture ) responsibility and duty to be updated about thinks tht take place in ur venue....u people obey before giving us 100 rules ..i don't recommend this venue 3/10 review

Anil J★★★★★I am a frequent visitor to this Hotel, somehow I have faced below 2 issues this time which is also informed to the manager Dhanraj and team 1. The rooms were stincking bcz of bathroom wall absorbing water and there was a moisture in the wall 2.I never had Cockroach problem but this time there were many Cockroach in room but staff couldn't do anything after complaining as well 3. They start charging 2000 per day which is ok but above 2 points has to be addressed on priority 4. If the person stays for a week or so then they get bored eating combo...see if you can change the menu for guests who stays more than 2 or 3 days

Sumukh Kulkarni★★★★★When I called the hotel to book the room, The person who attended my call was very rude and for no reason gave me lecture for 5mins. I had almost cancelled my booking because of him but I was on planned route so didn't cancel and checked in to the hotel. But the hospitality is in complete contrast of the person who attended my call. It was a great stay with quick and very professional service. Recommend it!! Just take care of the communication with the customer over the call. Rest everything is fine!!

Mathieu Lamour★★★★★The hotel is quite noisy. There are several ventilations and AC motors that go on and off all the time. It gets worse when the restaurant located downstairs is running. One of the worker speaks very loudly and even if ask her to be more quiet, she stopped for a minute and got back to normal. Appart from that, regarding the price and the attactivity of Puttur, the room could be better arranged, and cleaner (hairs in the bathroom).

The accommodations, alas, fall grievously short in terms of maintenance and care. A conspicuous tear marred the bedspread in our quarters, while the quilt exuded an aura of neglect, appearing as though it had never once graced the inside of a washing machine. However, the nadir of our experience was reached when we dared to request dinner plates, only to be confronted with a disheartening sight: a thick shroud of dust enveloping the very vessels upon which our sustenance was to be served.
