Worst PG experience in Bellandur. They will take 2 months’ advance and when you will leave the PG, they will not return one month’s advance amount. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Another thing I noticed is that whenever someone posts a genuine negative review, the PG replies saying that person never stayed there. That is completely false and misleading. The manager, Tuntun Singh, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and never listened to tenants’ concerns properly. His behaviour towards residents was very disrespectful. I seriously request the owner to change the manager if they want to improve this place. Overall, worst PG in the Bellandur area. Not recommended at all.

Pros: - Having Chair, table and spacious - Food is on time and ok Cons: - No sitting in food area - Care taker (Property manager) takes too much time to resolve issues. I see multiple people arguing. Asking people to review 5 star to increase rating. - Having only one fridge for 5 floors which having no space. Rest you can come and see.

If needed I can have a word with you as well. It's been more then a year I have been staying. But the MANAGER rudely said to me that talk to manager and ended the call. Its one of the good PG's in Bengaluru. Stayed here for 2 months. PG Manager Elumalai is good and a helpful person. Staff's are quite friendly. *Room Rent is quite high compared to many other PG's around the locality. Other then the rent part, this PG is really good.
