Hii guys I also stayed in gvs pg Here food is excellent.. even Bengaluru dogs will not eat that ... Sambar is so nice .. only colour hot water sambar is .. chutney is like a cool water... internet issues will come and washing machine will not work sometimes.. rapid increase in prices.. owner will post daily messages in group like a spam message people..only 10 chairs for eating in ground floor and you cannot take food to upside .. all the 2 pgs people should sit in that 10 chairs only... Plz don't come if you don't believe this DM mee.. I will share the condition and pics of these.. cleaning will be for once in a week and that too very doubt .. no hygiene

Please don't believe these high rating, there is no such facitilies on the PG. worst food, no proper maintenance, lift problem and owner's conditions. So not at all recommended PG. So please avoid this PG.

Guys iam staying from 1 year. Good maintenance, rents cost is less compare to other pgs , 3 times food is there. No water problem in summer also , and rooms is species and good ventilation

Pg is nice here main advantage is self cooking , and no water problem they have own boor well, daily many people are using self cooking like making with their own food If they want , other pgs no self cooking , one more thing is owner super. Every guest contact number he will add in what’s app group, and he only admin , if any problems about Wi-Fi , food change Manu before. We ask he text the update in group , and he will text the approx mate time to ready it , and here all balkani rooms with fully ventilation, and price also reasonable starting price is 5500rs. But thing is you have to book the room 10days before , if your not in Bangalore they will send photos about room and they will make video call also and once your booked they will send the receipt in what’s app. Owner well educated person he will speak multiple languages and he know electrical and flumbing work he only make ready if any complaints in room . No need to think blindly you can join . Advance Is only one time they wil take 2nd time join no advance .

Scroll down the old reviews owner number is there It was nice stay in gvs pg , marathahalli, owner is very friendly , daily 3 times food , no water problem they have own boor well, maintaince is good , any repairs instantly he will make ready , one day night 10.00pm my room fan was stopped working, i have messaged in WhatsApp, he was fixed new fan , he know the electric work , and all items he will keep extra with him . No doubt to join here . But here no smoking no alcohol drinking in rooms , strictly prohibited, if owner find in room he will make vacate them from pg ,with out return the amout

I seen in the many pgs in Bangalore, huge of bedbugs , 3 months back i have joined as raama pg in marathahalli, due to bed bugs , I have shifted to gvs 2nd pg , so here no bed bugs ,owner is good and understanding person and immediate reactive person.

Iam staying since 2018 in gvs pg , its highly recommend , and daily 3 times food, hot water cold water 24hrs, no water problem because they have boor well, owner siva reddy is quick responder, any issues like , fan ,switch board, taps immediately he will replace, because he know the electrical and flumbing since 2011 they are running pg, Here 3 gvs pgs is there, 1st pg and 2nd pg same location, 3rd pg 200 meters for , 1st and 2nd pg rooms is bigar cost also little high , 3rd pg biggar rooms ,and medium size rooms available cost also little less compare to 1st and 2nd pg, Two wheeler parking also available, and food also good ,they will make own ,no workers for food. Even in pandemic switch Watson also ,north Indian guys no transport go home ,they provided 3 times food. And giving every day precautions .

Iam staying since 1 year in gvs pg 2nd croos , really good maintenance, and wentilation , quick response from owner siva Reddy, he will add each and every gust number in what's app group, any updates and instructions he will text in what's app, If any power Saket, or fan , wifi ,not working just if you message in what's app he will make ready by him self , He will speak multi languages, hare no water problem,every day 3 times food, rents and deposit also very reasonable, Lift also available, parking place available, and every floor coverd with cc cameras , Balkani rooms also available, every day cleaning is there, and drinking and smoking not allowed here , of your drinking in room ,and disturbing to room mates , he will made you vacate from pg , and 15 days notice period is mandatory in pg while vacating , other pgs it will be 30 days notice period.

I felt very happy to stay here , all facilities available with resonble rents, owner siva is very quick responder , what ever the problem will occar like wifi , electrical and flumbing ,he will make ready him self , he is having all items squares , coking his paratens only do, no workers here, even summer also no water problem here, boor well continuously running, other pgs all using tanker water, weakly once you will face the water problem , mostly people will book in online and they will get acknowledge ment recipt , room number, location, address, and they will come. This pg is 2nd croos dead end so fully wentilation is there and much two wealer parking available, here only two gvs pgs is there in 2nd croos and one more gvs pg at 4th croos , when I was vacating my rent balance is there, and I don't have money , I explained my switchwation and said once I reach home in , 2 to 3 days will phone pay He was trusted me and l ileft after one weak I settled his amout , so I was strongly recommend this pg,
