⭐ 0-Star Review My experience staying in this PG has been terrible, and I strongly recommend avoiding it. They do not return the deposit money, and even a one-day notice delay becomes an excuse to deduct or refuse the refund. They also make false claims of damages just to keep your money. The owner is extremely rude, constantly shouting at residents and always pushing you to take their tiffin service or pay extra for something. Hygiene and facilities are in a very bad state: The place has lots of cockroaches everywhere. Mosquitoes and big flies come in frequently, and their bites cause painful swelling. They reuse the same oil again and again and use cheap palm oil for cooking. The wheat dough is kept open in the basement kitchen, and the entire area smells terrible. Food quality and taste are extremely poor. Lift rarely works. Frequent power cuts. WiFi is very slow, and after a few days it keeps creating issues. Cleaning only once a week. Only 2 washing machines for so many residents, so you have to wait a long time to wash clothes. Overall, the PG has unhygienic conditions, poor management, and rude behaviour from the owner. Not recommended at all. Better to stay aw

This is a very poorly managed PG. Almost every month, the lift breaks down twice. There are a total of four washing machines, out of which only two are working and the other two are not functional. The Wi-Fi works for hardly 20 days in a month. The hangers provided for drying clothes are not proper and clothes keep falling down repeatedly. There is no hygiene maintained in the kitchen. Palm oil is used for cooking, and the dough is kneaded in an extremely unhygienic manner. Leftover dough is kept openly in the fridge without proper packing or plastic cover. The refrigerator itself does not work properly—when opened, it feels like a garbage bin due to its dirty condition. The dining area is located in the basement, and there are always mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable to eat. The parking area has a strong foul smell coming from an open drain, which does not even have a proper cover. Overall, the PG has unhygienic conditions, poor management. Not recommended at all. Better to stay away from this place.

The lady "Mysura Reddy" Now renamed this PG as MG living gents PG. She took a 10K money as advance from me without even showing the room. When I want to cancel the room on the very next day, she told she don't have the money handy and will give in few days but still didn't give it back. She promised that she will give the money but can't keep her promise. She might speak like a very geninue person but too be frank she will go to any low class level trying not to give the money. You can see some people have added 5 star review, but all these people are their own people, mysuru reddy, kisam, ApramayaHR, etc. They are very cheap and can go to any extent to make you stay and suck your money. If anyone want to give complaint on her, we can file a collective petition and lodge a complaint. Just reply back to this message with your email. Scammer like these people should not be spared as they make the Karnataka's new comer image very bad.

Honestly, one of the worst PG experiences I’ve had. The owner refused to return my advance and even tried to blackmail me when I asked for it back. Totally money-minded and unprofessional. WiFi barely works half the time, and out of 4 washing machines, only 2 actually work — and they’re always occupied because there are too many people in the PG. The lift stops working once in a while (about once in 2 months), and the food is just terrible. No hygiene at all in the kitchen. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want constant issues and stress. -Used ChatGPT for better sentence framing.

Worst Pg I had ever seen ....the owner behaviour is very rude ...the rooms are very small and congested specifically 2 sharing... Actually it's not a PG structure, it's structure is of 1 bhk and they had given a separation in the hall for 2 sharing....I will suggest don't opt for this PG...I lived in this hell for 6 months in 2025. Very poor ventilation....

Pros : 1. well furnished rooms 2. Regular room cleaning services 3. Near tech parks and availability of daily things within 1 KM Cons: 1. Food quality and taste rating is 1/10 ( North Indians won't survive ) 2. No power backup thus wifi becomes dead at that time. 3. Overall Wifi amenity rating 2/10 4. The rent is very high for the provided amenities and their quality.

🙋 "Gyzz visit 2 mins here for your stay" 🤦Please visit this review before going to this PG. I'm sure You are opinion definitely will be changed after reading this comments... ( Increasing rent Every 2months) This pg is not even worth for 6.5k but now the rent is 8.5k. I have been noticing people are directly visiting this pg without seeing Google reviews, so please don't trap yourself there, The current owner has always been quarreling with roomates atleast once in a day then only he'll get a peaceful sleep🤦 "Money money money he doesn't like it but money likes him, he can't avoid"😑 💰 "Your Money makes his happiness", His happiness will be peacefully satisfied with your money" 😒 Pg name itself luxury 🤦 it's not even deserve to that "name luxury". for money he will do anything for you, but you gyzz can see he's real behaviour comes to the light after giving him money, so money is everything for him... Very very worst pg I've ever visited in Bangalore, no proper wifi,worst quality of food, unconditional washing machine, still there is so many issues in this pg that I can't share with you people... Better to go so many good pg's near by devarabisanahalli. Happy stay..

Worstu ever pg it's been almost 2 months I have stayed there. No proper cleaning also food is horrible. They will charge 10k for 2 share with zero amenities also no lunch will be provided. Management is too poor also there is no way of taking back your advance money. I would suggest guys to opt for other pg around bellandur green layout for this price.

Worst Worst Worst PG. Stayed here sometime before covid lockdown. Worst food, worst cleaning, worst safety for things. On top of all this, Manager that time was a total a**hole.Not sure he is still there. Never seen such a mannerless and greedy person, used to collect full rent even during lockdown just for keeping things and haven't returned advance to anyone during that time when vacated. Don't go here. You will lose peace of mind.

Worst food prepared by the PG manager , they fired the north indian cooks and cooking by themselves now. Now a days no proper cleaning no proper food , lift is turned off always . Only PG infrastructure is good apart from all waste of money. I left the PG because of that. There are many good other PGs nearby that area with low cost and good facility ,I don't prefer this PG .

Even the 1 star rating is not worth this PG. The food and ambience are the worst and when you are leaving PG if you ask for your advance money refund with the manager, he will tell you to ask with the owner for the refund. When you try to contact the owner he will either switch off his phone or won't receive your phone call. Please don't ever go with this PG.

Greedy people. Just want full payment even during the lockdown when PG was not used. It was ok in the beginning as it was new building. Nowadays, it’s dusty everywhere, spilled food never cleaned in the hallway and mediocre food.
