“⚠️ SCAM ALERT – Worst PG Experience Ever ⚠️ Please think twice before joining this PG! They are doing a total scam. I had informed clearly before joining that I would stay only 1–2 months. I paid ₹1000 as token advance and ₹1000 as maintenance. Later, when I vacated the PG, they refused to return my money. They are saying I should inform 30 days before, but I had already informed them advance 15 days before leaving. I wasn’t even staying there for most of the month, and I vacated 7 days before the date I told them — still, they didn’t return a single rupee. On top of that, after one month they suddenly increased the rent by ₹2000, giving random reasons and unnecessary excuses. The owner doesn’t understand Hindi or Kannada — only Telugu — and when I tried to explain, a group of Telugu people gathered around and started shouting and threatening me. The food is also terrible and not at all worth the money. This is a scam place — they cheat people and take money in the name of maintenance and advance. Please don’t fall into this trap. God will see everything, but I’m writing this so others don’t face the same problem.”

They refuse to return the maintenance amount even after vacating. Totally unprofessional attitude and no proper management. Not worth the money at all
