Very very bad experience. The owner's behavior is extremely aggressive and unprofessional. I paid one month's rent in advance and a ₹6,500 deposit, but the owner under 5 to 10 days started a fight and even got into a physical scuffle (maarpit). He is very disrespectful and doesn't know how to talk to tenants. Please don't waste your money and safety here. Total fraud and unsafe place for students or working professionals."

The rooms are clean, well-ventilated, and fully furnished with all the basic amenities like a comfortable bed, wardrobe, study table, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The housekeeping staff is regular and keeps the place tidy. The food provided is home-cooked, hygienic, and tastes just like homemade meals – with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. I especially appreciate the friendly and cooperative nature of the owners/management. They are always responsive to any concerns and make sure every tenant feels safe and comfortable. The location is another big plus – close to public transport, supermarkets, and restaurants. Security is tight with CCTV and biometric entry, so I always felt safe. Overall, it's a great place for students and working professionals alike. Highly recommended!

I liked the maintainance here, Homely food. The parking area is also large and they had provided 24/7 Hot water facilities. Immediate responses from owner in case of any needs. I highly recommend this PG if any one are looking for comfortable stay with all main areas nearby.
