I have stayed in this hostel for 3 years. It has 3 floors which hosts 10 Rooms, Dining Hall and a spacious reading room. Each room will have approx 7 - 8 people staying in it. Each room has an attached bathroom and toilet which are neat and clean. You will get food 3 times a day everyday and there will be tea and light snacks in the evening. When it comes to food you need to understand one thing they receive good ingredients to prepare food but the cook there is not at all good he is not from Udupi so no one in the hostel likes his cooking style because it's not good. There is a bus stop near the hostel so you will have no problem travelling. There are a lot of retail shops and medical shop nearby so it's a convenient place to stay. When you join you will be required to pay around 500rs for registration, other than that you don't need to pay anything. Hostel doesn't lack in anything when it comes to facilitaties it even gives soap and other toiletries. But what it lacks is strong supervision because there are some students who don't have any brain in them just like to rag juniors.
