Never come to this place. They are charging extra for everything. They have a modified electricity meter, they will give a bill of more than 3k even when you will use a light bulb and a fan. Food is pathetic and rain water comes inside your room through the balcony. They will charge 30k for a single occupancy. You can find better apartments like 2BHK and 3BHk at this price in Manipal and nearby areas.

I am writing this with utter disappointment at the entire management of Stanza Living. Being a resident for a year in 2022, I had to come to a point where I started questioning my decision to choose Stanza Living. Just one night before my mid-semester examinations, San Pedro caught fire, and respecting the fact that it was an accident and no one could've predicted that we shifted to Orsha (another Stanza Living property). The RC told us to get a few luggage and not all because we would shift to San Pedro in a few days. So we shifted with a few belongings. However, we used to go to San Pedro to collect whatever was required repeatedly. After a month or so when I went to San Pedro to collect a few more stuff, I saw one of my pieces of luggage was missing even when my room was locked. The entire suitcase was gone. When I complained to the management, I got responses like "Nothing is known from our end", "You have to show us proof" and "We can't do anything about it". The major disadvantage is that there was no CCTV footage considering there was no electricity due to the fire. How will I get to know what happened to my entire luggage? The luggage wasn't found. I request the management

#scam #boycottStanza Stanza Living Security deposits are supposed to be refunded! I have been waiting for my security deposit refund for more than a month now, and you guys just don't seem to care. Ignored WhatsApp messages, numerous mails with no replies and a very visible lack of concern from Stanza Living. I was supposed to receive my security deposit on 25th July and today is 1st September. You guys have made following up a nightmare as everytime you guys have the same answer "I'll update you." I'm sorry, but you haven't been updating me about anything. I physically have had to go back to Manipal to Stanza time and again just so that I get a response from you, and I don't think I can do that anymore for my security deposit. Sharing my Stanza ID, 21SLSBA004 so that appropriate action can be taken as soon as possible. Hoping I get my deposit refunded after this.

A terrible place to live.They mention that the rent (which they do charge an exorbitant amount )includes everything but suprise...it doesn't.You have to pay separately for the ac(a subscription+the charges as per your consumption).The food is not good.They repeat the same food very often.Their cleaning is bad.If you ask for something to be repaired they take a long time.The people sitting in the reception during the day are rude and creepy and if your a woman especially, it's not the best place to stay. Manipal security isn't usually an issue but don't stay here unless you have no choice.

Stanza is very greedy organisation, they have overpriced rooms and they don't refund your money, not security deposit and neither the lockdown amount. They have right over the security but not over the fee of month that i have already paid but won't be staying in for. They have no concern for the residents and no rules. Anybody could walk in anytime and no one would know it's not safe

They can kick-out you room mate whom you have joined with and when you decide to leave and ask for advance refund they will not give your money back and I’ve been waiting for 2months to get my money back and you should confirm the pricing and offers they put on the contract because once the contract is signed they can inform you that the offer you asked for on call is not valid. And they can twist the truth for themselves.

As Stanza Living positions itself as second home, PG and more than hostel. Being a ex-resident of Stanza Living and utilising services of 10 months plus, I would not recommend this place to any student as I’ve encountered en number of problems with the services provided which had a negative effect on my educational life.

Really bad, it's overpriced and food is not good. Only saving grace is they have a pool table even though it's damaged. Also they haven't even returned the security deposit even after 4-5 months and their customer service has ghosted out group who all have not yet recieved the money back. On top of that the manager anuj will try to get you to book by saying some offer is running but don't fall for it, the offers run all the time it's a scam. Update : got deposit after 6 months after multiple complaints being raised.

Too costly and not worth the money. In my experience, it’s already been two months, and they are still delaying the return of my deposit. My suggestion: If you're new to Manipal, take the accommodation only for one month initially. During that time, start looking for other PGs or rooms and shift there.
