Very poor experience. The service was extremely slow — it took nearly 45 minutes for our first order to arrive, and by then the kids were already too hungry. Despite calling the manager multiple times, no one even came to listen to us. In the end, we had to cancel everything and leave for another restaurant. Would not recommend this place at all.

From the minute we checked this did not seem good. Went to our room and asked where the room safe was, receptionist laughed saying it was in the wardrobe which I already had checked. In the end the manager came up and moved us to the next room which had no towels,tea coffee etc or even spoons. Got worse as we went to the pool which has Brocken tiles and there is building work going on. This is a partial building site. Good location but sort out the hotel

Had booked 'Family Executive' room with 3 beds. Our room was not good. No space to walk around the room. Old curtains. Bathroom was not in good condition - had old tub with old fittings. Definitely OYO room would have been far better than this. Then I came to know that the hotel is under renovation. We got the room which was not yet renovated. Instead of saying 'No rooms available', the hotel guys adjusted and gave us old room. This was unprofessional. The hotel receptionist accepted that we had been given un-renovated room, still he was unapologetic and didn't reduce the cost too. Overall a bad experience. I suggest you to check the room before booking it.

Food in restaurant is okay but wait times were very long. Also this place is very unclean. We had to urgently use toilet but it was still unflushed and there was still feces inside. Pool is also dirty and dysfunctional yet they advertise it. 0/10 don't go here if you can.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Badami Court. Here are some of the major issues I encountered: 1. Accommodation was terrible. The washrooms were far from clean, with leaking taps and non-functional jet sprays. 2. Lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was inconvenient, as it was only available in the lobby. 3. The service was abysmal. We had to carry our luggage to our room ourselves. 4. The food was not appetizing at all. 5. The hotel was still under construction, which made for a noisy and unpleasant environment. 6. The staff, including the General Manager, displayed arrogance towards customers. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you're traveling to Badami.

The hotel is located a little distance from the main badami town. There is hardly any facilities near by. If you are travelling by car, it is ok but if looking for using public transport, not the place to stay. This property is right on the main road though The room that was given to us had water dripping from the roof at the entrance and also in the passage into the room. Door mats were placed where water was dripping by the hotel staff when asked. The cupboard was stinking and not usable. For morning bath, we never got hot water. The hotel staff kept asking us to keep tap open to get hot water (three calls and one visit to the reception in a span of one hour). We ended up having cold shower including small kids due to all this. Best part, we never got hot water in our stay. When being questioned sternly, the staff made a comment that problems happen and you have to adjust. We do understand, but when questioned why it too soo much followup for them for them to even check, there is no response. Rating low because of maintenance, staff attitude, bad room that we were given and the stinking cupboard..

Went by looks and hoped for a good experience, Visited for lunch on 27. The restaurant was fully occupied and there were some people already waiting. On enquiry we were asked to wait. One table was billed and they vacated, waiter asked a few mins to clean the table. Even after 20 mins they purposefully didn't clean the table and kept us waiting and the restaurant manager was abusing when enquired why the delay. It was over 40 mins thanks to their arrogance, it was very much intentional. We were a family with 2 kids. Front desk manager was a useless fellow simply stating at our face with all this drama happening. It felt more like a harassment towards tourists. This place is not recommended for anyone given the arrogant and third class behavior from their hopeless staff.

Pathetic hotel, do not stay here even in emergency. Its a rowdy place with rude staff who put loud music outside our rooms and when asked to reduce/ shift our room they asked my 67 year okd father to leave!! As their party was important than the comfort of the guests. Horrible crowd dancing in their tiny garden that is right outside the rooms. The staff at the hotel is slow, they dont even offer tea , coffee in the restaurant. Please go to other better hotels in Badami. This one is a total flop! Ruined our entire badami trip.

Avoid! They are renovating the hotel. We had to jump over recent concrete to get in. They are next to a banquet hall. There was a very loud wedding on our first night. A staff told us not to worry as the noise would only last for 20 minutes. 30 minutes after they switched us to another room. But then the wedding began parading right in front of our window. Don’t worry they are leaving and won’t come back. 20 minutes later they were back just as loud. Then next night. A bus full of young teens arrivés in the event. They run around, scream till 4:30. Then at 6:30 the irresponsible adults accompanying them bang on the doors to wake them up. AVOID!!!

Hi , we just loved the air there as we got to eat only air as food was never served. We visited the location nearly by 1pm and waited till 3 but nothing was served may be, that was not there lunch period. So we left the place when we got to know manager was cooking instead chef. But as air already had filled our Tummy, we left there place with happiness as our money was saved.
