“The Owner Neelkant is a money minded person. I stayed there for almost 3 months. I landed into this PG on 6th Aug 2025. The rent was later on adjusted to be paid on 1st of every month. I vacated the pg on 31st oct. According to the terms and conditions set by Neelkant, the 2 sharing rent would be 4500 and an additional 1500 as deposit out of which only 500 is refundable that also applicable on one month notice. Now the concern is, since I had to vacate urgently and could not serve notice period, I let go the 500 Rs. Here comes the catching point. When I informed the owner that I am vacating on 31st October 2025, he said I have to pay 350 Rs extra for a day. His conclusion is a month should contain only 30 days maximum and October has 31 days. This seemed to be nursery school argument. He was Questioning my rights. Before believing, anybody seeing this review and seeking this pg, must cross verify and confirm the facts and figures stated above, so that you can make a better decision choosing pg. Note: Lack of privacy in the name of ventilation.”

Basavaraj N H★★★★★I don't like this PG, i vacated PG after joining 2 days, the cleaning is very bad, no proper cleaning, and it's an old building, No drinks are allowed, they won't even allow for electric cattle, I completely lost my money. And based on other reviews don't join PG bcz they will tell others to promote the pg they intentionally added those reviews.
