I booked the room in this pg and asked them to clean room and bathroom as there was need to clean and change few things in bathroom for it to be used.after paying advance I called and asked them to please clean as I was told it will be done when paying advance.before going I called and asked them if they had cleaned .The lady (owner ) said it was done so next day I shifted with all my luggage. What I see is that it was not cleaned as promised while booking room so I asked her twice to please do clean .but she started arguing back and forth talking nonsense. Later she and her husband especially used very abusive language towards me . when I said we want to leave as it felt unsafe after sometime.the lady and her husband were so rude when compared to what they acted before booking a room.i just stayed for few hours.for that they were asking half months rent.

The owners are just money minded and does not know how to handle the PG. The food gets over before time most of the time and then you have to wait again till they prepare it again and they don't prepare the exact same thing that was made before, they just prepare anything that can be quickly made. Owner has stooped giving pillows to new comers and does not have enough chairs on the chairs for you to sit and eat. It also has insect issues and owners are least bothered about it. Most of the rooms have cockroaches. I had major issues of ants since few days before I left, attaching pictures for reference. After complaining the owner tells me "what am I supposed to do for that, some rooms have cockroches some have ants what can I do". We also got some problems due to which no one in the pg was getting hot water in their washroom, it was raining at that time in Bangalore and was quite cold. Still they didn't understand the urgency of the matter and got it repaired after 20 days when girls stopped them rent. Also, I was in single sharing for 6 months then I told her that I will vacate the room on 15th next month, she booked my room for someone else from 1st of next month but I still a

Totally worst. They don’t know how to behave with others. I have Personal experience. Also they don’t know how to show respect. If we have any problems and we say to fix, they simply say leave the pg if you have problems.”parwa nahi hai jaao chhod ke” But no compromise with rent at all. Not suggest anyone, only from outside its looking good and luxury but it’s not actually. And it is becoming the worst day by day. They are not even worried and improving what they should do and simply telling, if one is leaving, somebody else will come so pg will be full every time.

Finally a Vegetarian PG but only for girls! Really nice pg with spacious and well maintained rooms. Food here is better than other pgs. Electricity and internet charges are included in the rent. The best part is that pg is maintained by a Lady in-charge, which has resulted in this pg is well in order. Safety is ensured since the door has biometric lock and also, staff/family sleeps in the ground floor to make sure there is no trespassing. All the floors of these pg have CCTV camera. Additional benefits are: -Every floor has a fridge. -Water VC cooler at every alternate floor -There's small gym setting at the basement -Table tennis set up in the basement -Foosball table in the reception area -TV in the Reception area I really liked this pg. Currently: Food is too spicy, if you are okay with spicy food then go ahead otherwise it's a big no no. And if not spicy the food quality has gone down. These days the internet is too bad which is just unbearable.

I have been living in this PG for almost three years, right from the time it opened. I’ve stayed in other places in Bangalore as well, but this has been one of the best PGs so far. The rooms are clean and spacious, the amenities are well maintained, the food is better than most PGs, and the owners are extremely friendly and supportive. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had in Bangalore.
